Beautiful patio, I liked the cats outside! I really liked that we were walked to our room instead of told to figure it out

Room was easily accessible, clean and pleasantly decorated in New Orleans style! Staff is always courteous and prompt to our needs and wishes we will definitely return!
The hotel was near to the central area French Quarter. Here you can find plenty of possibilities for entertainment!

When we had an issue, the reception tried to help and do their best, but could not follow all of our request unfortunately.
The street was quiet during the night!
Wifi internet connection was not safe, not protected line. Because of this, we could not connect to important sites, like banking, or phone company to order private internet connection... We asked reception about it, unforrunately without any help.
In our bathroom, all electricity and light was out of order. However they fixed it with a standing lamp from the room to the bathroom. And they offered another room for us which was very kind!
It´s a cozy hotel were you can find a lot of information of jazz in it´s walls. They always have coffee available. It´s in the French Quarter, so it´s a walking distance from iconic places in the area where you can try Cajun food and other delicious options. It´s nearby Bourbon Street that has plenty of bars with delicious cocktails.
Everything was perfect
Hotel was in a great location. It was extremely noisy sleeping in the rooms that were next to the side street. The walls are paper thin. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom, so it got extremely hot and steamy. Other than that, our stay was great. There was water and coffee available.

I got the room for my mom birthday and she very picky! And when I say she loved it! She call me and said I slept so good and the people so nice! I want another night! Overall if I could give 100 stars I would! Highly recommended!

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata ma è tutto sommato ok per il costo richiesto. Detto ciò, la recensione pessima è dovuta alla scorrettezza dello staff (oltre a ciò che racconterò di seguito, poco gentile e disponibile in generale). Eravamo un gruppo di colleghi, abbiamo soggiornato qui per partecipare a un convegno. Il costo dell’alloggio ci sarebbe stato rimborsato dal nostro luogo di lavoro dopo presentazione della fattura attestante quanto speso. Chiediamo la fattura il primo giorno, ci dicono che l’avrebbero rilasciata al check-out. Chiediamo la fattura al check-out, ci dicono che non la rilasciano loro ma Booking. Rientriamo in Italia e scopriamo che non è vero. Chiediamo la fattura, non riceviamo risposta. Interviene l’assistenza clienti Booking, rispondono di averla inviata a un’indirizzo e-mail fasullo, che non corrisponde al mio. Mandiamo diversi messaggi di sollecito, a cui non riceviamo risposta. Dopo innumerevoli chiamate all’assistenza clienti e dopo plurimi interventi di Booking, abbiamo finalmente ricevuto la fattura dopo settimane. E quindi ora vi beccate questa recensione negativa e spero che Booking vi tolga dalla piattaforma per scorrettezza verso i clienti.

Everything, amazing gem we booked in New Orleans in French quarter, staff were amazing attentive, friendly & very helpful, clean comfy & walking distance to main places like Bourbon Street, French man etc big shout out to Kim for looking after us so well, her positive beautiful energy made our stay truly special. Such a quaint boutique style hotel located in the midst of the French Quarter. With all the hustle around it, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, and very comfortable with its minimalist features. The front desk staff were gracious and kind, escorting us to our balcony room. The room was spacious with the basics needed for our 3 night stay. A very comfortable king size bed, fridge and microwave, great street view from the porch seating and hot showers. Also very happy to have fresh coffee in the lobby each morning! Very happy with our stay at the Hotel St Pierre!!
Perfect location, near the fun but away from the noise. Wonderful staff who couldn’t be more helpful. A great room with all the necessary amenities. All at a very reasonable price.
