Great location in the French quarter. Cool buildings with a lot of history.
Our door did not lock properly. There were rats in the courtyard. There was construction right outside our room that started at 7am.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
THAT I HAD TO LEAVE
The noise from the construction. I told the front desk that we were not able to sleep because of the noise and they did not offer to move us or anything.
It was so welcoming and had New Orleans culture written all over it. It was close to all the fun, walking distance to bourbon and places to shop and eat.
Nothing i had a great time!
Perfect location on the French Quarter, beautiful interiors in the lobby area and friendly staff
Facilities in the room/bathroom were dated. Lacked a coffee machine in the room
The location of Hotel St. Pierre was perfect. Close to all the action, but far enough away to not be in the middle of it all. The staff was the best! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in New Orleans.
Normally we have a pleasant time there. Not last time
First night AC didn't work. Second night woke up to ceiling leaking on me.
Wonderfully historic property in a fantastic location. The staff was terrific and the hotel has so many cool little details. We would definitely stay again!
The internet/TV didn’t work all the time
The Hotel St Pierre is very charming and cozy. The staff is great. It is within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here again.
The cost was nice
Didn’t really know where the pools were or if there was breakfast. Nothing was explained or shown to us other than the room across the road that we stayed in. I was a little disappointed about that. No staff interaction at all.
Great Location and Very Friendly Staff
There was construction right outside our window. We should have been told that construction was going to take place during our stay. If the hotel was not aware of the construction, they should have given us a percentage back on our room. It was extremely loud!
This is my second time staying here. The rooms are unique and cool. The staff is so friendly. I will be back!
Because of a health issue I asked to be checked in early, I can not tolerate hot temperatures, the gentleman at the front desk, Trey, was so very accommodating, he found a room early so I could lay down. Kim, from housekeeping was there at the time , and she helped me get the electro light drink from the local store that helped me to regroup and enjoy my time in New Orleans. These two individuals went above and beyond to help me. It wasn't supposed to be so hot in early March.
