It was good.
I liked the location of the hotel from the concert that I was attending. It was easy to navigate around the hotel as well.

This is a tale of two hotels the Tower & the Atrium. First, the front desk & maintenance staff were wonderful and kind. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. The hotel location and seemingly systemic maintenance issues are not their fault. The Tower rooms are ridiculously close to the 8 lane highway resulting in noise and vibration. The highway is even with ~floor 8 and even higher odd number rooms down the hall feel like you are ON an entrance ramp. I don't think the even rooms are much better. On the other hand, the Atrium rooms are pretty quiet (occassional slight road and train noise). Being able to walk inside to the convention center or through the Westin to restaurants is very convenient. Even with the maintenance issues I had, this would be a higher review if I hadn't started my stay in the tower.
Loved the manager, LaToya. She was great!
A little pricey. Should be free coffee in the mornings near front desk
Walking distance to where I was going
Too close to the interstate so could hear the heavy traffic at night & the room walls were then because I had to listen to the drunk girl next to our room talk to whoever Asher was on the phone until 3 am!!! She was not quiet at all!!! Getting to the rooms could be easier! And parking could be easier
Everything was great.
The pillows but it worked
Lobby and room were very clean. Restaurants were in close proximity to our hotel, therefore, we walked and enjoyed the scenery. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
Good location, beds were fine and staff was nice
It was hot in the room and you can’t turn the thermostat down past 68, we didn’t sleep well because it was so warm.
