Pros:

Everything was connected to the event venue

Not my ideal stay. Won’t be back
Cons:

Being that this location is off the freeway there is so much noise. Additionally there were several basketball teams there I assume for a tournament, but it took forever to get an elevator constantly and kids were running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night. I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because the basketball players were so populated.

Broken down and no employees
Pros:

Horrible experience. Arrived at 3:45 for 4 o'clock check in. There were no rooms ready and no parking available. We waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby to get into our room, missing our dinner reservation. The following morning it took valet service 2 hours to retrieve our car.
Half the automatic doors, at least one of the elevators and an escalator were out of order.
Stay away from this one !

It was clean and convenient
Pros:

It was convenient to the BJCC legacy area for what I booked for an event .

Cons:

The parking even though I valet parked when it was time to go I gave them my ticket to get my car I took them over an hour to get it …. But all and all the stay was perfect! Also the wait at the elevator took forever

Horrible, same as 3 years ago. Same poor management!
Pros:

I had the same experience 3 years ago, overnighting before a concert. I have retired as an owner of multiple hotels in the Hilton and IHG families in Alabama. The check in time is 4 pm and it was 6:45 when we’re able to enter our room, before a 8pm concert. Both times the excuse was a large group was late checking out. I am done with this hotel and its management. Don’t take my word, read the other TripAdvisor reviews. I’ll stay at the Westin next concert.

Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and very close to the event we attended.

Cons:

We didn't have bathrobes in our room. We called down to get some,the attendant said they would bring them. They never showed up.

Stay and staff were great. Eating options were terrible.

Walk to Arena

Cons:

No real Resturant. You would think that a large Sheraton like this would have more eating options like full Resturant, roof top bar, better bar cafe. Cafe had limited menu and what we had was not very good considering the price.

The valet parking was understaffed took 45 minutes to get my car just to go out to eat and at checkout took over a hour

Good stay
Pros:

Stayed here for Uma. Was great location since it is connected to the convention center. Easy walk from hotel to convention center that was covered. Easy check in process. Ride from the airport to the hotel was quick. Hotel bar was good had a breakfast burrito and it was good. Room was clean and in good condition. Shower was great. For a larger guy the toilet paper holder could be in a different spot as it hit your leg.
