The Boulder Broker

I have stayed here several times and this was the worst room yet. Very old, uncomfortable bed, and no amenities.
Property is convenient to CU Boulder however.

This is an older property, that could use some TLC. The front desk was so friendly

The property appears to have not been updated in 30 years. There was no dining or exercise facilities even though signs on the property claim that they have a restaurant and exercise (swimming) facilities. It was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night with doors slamming and guests arguing in the hallways.

Met my needs. Great!

Very dirty, no extra lock on the door, shower clogged, no fan in the bathroom, check in staff was unfriendly and cold. Overall poorly kept.

The property had a old smell to it and we didn't receive any house keeping in the three days we stayed. Seemed weird 🤔

Property is an Inn, could use updating but you get what you paid for. Staff was great

Clogged tub, bathroom vent not working, rooms don’t get cleaned up at all. Hotels smells bad

Stayed here for bolder boulder we jogged about 1.5 miles to the start good stay

This was the worst bed ive tried to sleep in. I couldnt stay. I left it was so bad.

This was truly the coolest hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby is gorgeous. Friendly, knowledgable staff. I hope to have reason to stay here again.

I got absolutely lit up by big. The shower did drain. The hotel smells of cat urine.

I love this old school hotel. It's so interesting and fun compared to bland, so-called "updated" (read soulless and boring) hotels. FYI there's excellent coffee downstairs in the mornings and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Friendly, interesting staff to talk to. I hope to go back to Boulder so I can stay here again. Thank you so much! (oh and be sure too take advantage of the staff recommendations booklet for places to go in Boulder. Their picks are fantastic. Because of them I went to the Village Coffee Shop (old school diner with amazing homemade food), which blew our minds. So good.)

The property looked historical and and you can see that they upgraded a few things. The lobby was very nice and clean and our room was cozy and comfortable. It did need more outlets. They only had French vanilla creamer for the coffee and the restaurant was closed. It was in a nice little area except the shopping center around the corner was somewhat sketchy.

The staff were terrific. This is an ideal mid-priced hotel particularly if you are planning to stay for more than a night.

No coffeemaker in room,nor hairdryer,nor any plastic cups in bathroom. Took 2 of us to get the tv to function,as the cable had to be propped up. Towel bar in bathroom (next to sink) fell off the wall. What happened to any amenities for the price? This was the 10th and final year of my patronage - it's taken a huge nosedive in the past few years.

Could use some updates but it’s a great location. Especially for Boulder Boulder runners.
Wish the restaurant was open.
