Appliances need checked as part of a maintenance program.
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

No working hair dryer. Desk extra dryer was also broken. Hotel was fully booked however staff was able to find an empty room to use that room's dryer. Room dryer also not working. Thats 3 non working hair dryers and a guest with just washed hair. It was 42 degrees outside and I needed to get to an appointment.

Don't judge a book by its cover I was a little concerned about the look of the outside of the hotel. But I will tell you, room was very clean very comfortable. The staff was fantastic very welcoming and very courteous. . The complimentary breakfast was very good it was hot breakfast good food with big variety. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Cons:

The outside of the building had me a worried. But once I walked in and met the great staff and had great customer service and a very clean and comfortable room I wasn't really worried about the outside.

A waste of money

We had no remote control for the tv, had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer, there was some terribly loud noise all night long I am thinking a boiler. The bagels for breakfast were very soggy on the edges my guess is that they were frozen. The stair wells coming in on the side were absolutely filthy. I am very disappointed.

Pros:

It’s exactly half-way to our final destination of Washington DC
Excellent Italian restaurant across the street as well as a shopping mall and an AMC movie complex

Cons:

I feel the carpeting on the first floor could use a thorough cleaning or replacement .

The television reception is poor … no weather channel available and we were in the midst of a coastal blizzard
