Aardig hotel maar te duur voor wat het biedt
Pros:

Goede, rustige locatie. Hulpvaardig personeel. We mochten 's avonds in de ontbijtruimte een (bezorgde) pizza eten.
Bij aankomst kun je niet parkeren voor het hotel maar je hebt wel je keycard nodig voor de parkeergarage. Met wat geluk komt er iemand naar buiten rennen om je die keycard te overhandigen, waarna je nog een blok moet omrijden. Let op dat je bij het verlaten van de parkeergarage ruim voor de uitgang aan een koord moet trekken om het rolluik te openen.
Bij de receptie kun je diverse dranken tegen nabetaling uit de koeling halen.

Cons:

De kamer viel erg tegen voor de prijs. Er was maar één stoel, er zaten vlekjes in het sobere tapijt, er was een senseo-apparaat zonder koffiepads, bij de wastafel (waarvan de afvoer slecht doorliep en tenslotte water op de vloer lekte) was een karig stukje goedkope zeep.
Het ontbijt was goed genoeg maar er was niet veel keus in de brood- en thee-afdeling.

Schönes Hotel für ein Familienwochenende im Ahrtal

Riesige Zimmer mit großem Bad, Kaffeemaschine und Wasser, leckeres Frühstück, Tiefgarage.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Es hat uns besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen! Die Zimmer waren sauber und in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Die Lage ist, mit der Nähe zum Bahnhof, sehr gut.

Good value for the price
Pros:

Very nice and clean. Good value for the money. Excellent stuff and very good. Breakfast came with the room. We didn’t have a coffee machine, but we did have water in our room. This was very nice. We would come again.
One great benefits was the parking garage since street parking is very difficult.

Pros:

De ontzettende grote slaapkamer en badkamer. Koelkast op de kamer. Het was erg warm de dagen dat wij er waren. Airconditioning werkte niet voldoende, maar er was een extra ventilator op de kamer gezet. Goede service dus! Wat wij ook een grote plus vonden was de bewaakte parkeergarage en de mogelijk van de fietsenstalling waar de fiets heel gemakkelijk ook opgeladen kon worden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel ons tegen . Elke ochtend hetzelfde assortiment ontbijt. Geen afwisseling . Geen variatie. Broodjes worden geleverd door de nabij gelegen bakkerij dus vandaar dat wij misschien andere verwachtingen ervan kregen. Het dorp Remagen moet je, je niet teveel van voor stellen, maar in de omgeving zijn leuke plaatsjes te bezoeken.

Pros:

The lady reception was so helpful (best of our holiday) even phoning the restaurant for our evening meal as we couldn't get through.
Overnight storage for bikes was excellent with lots of plugs for e bikes
