Great hotel!
Pros:

The staff were all amazing and attentive. We were there for a seminar being held in the hotel so was perfect. We also paid the extra for the club lounge which was worth every penny.
Food was lovely in the restaurant.

Our experience
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It has a rooftop bar with wonderful views of the city and also enjoy the sunset. The staff in the front desk was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Ramon - the concierge in the front lobby was friendly, and always ready to assist.
Our room was clean and spacious. The dining area/restaurant had good food with limited selections but their room service menu which is separate has more selections and varieties to choose from. The room service menu is not served at the main dining room.
The breakfast buffet has many choices and service was good.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Staff friendly. Lounge access was great. Very clean and nicely decorated in communal areas. Roof top bar had nice views.

Cons:

Didn't think room was overly nice. Booked a premium king but it was dark and a little smaller than I expected. It was more basic than expected. Hotel feels more like a conference hotel than a holiday traveller hotel.
