Pros:

We chose the Intercontinental because we wanted a higher level of service. With one exception, it was exactly that. The room was spacious and quiet and the blackout curtains ensured a deep sleep. The bathroom was also excellent with separate bath and shower and large sink area. Our dinner on the roof terrace the first night -Saturday- was delicious and we were treated to a superb singer. The pool was small but a welcome relief from the heat and chaises were widely available except for Saturday afternoon. The only snafu was our last morning when we ordered breakfast to our room and room service didn’t get it quite right. We were, however, credited for breakfast at check out. We appreciated that courtesy.

Excellent séjour à Barcelone, nous reviendrons.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre très spacieuse et literie exceptionnelle. Le personnel de réception est très attentionné. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre 031 est située à proximité d’un local technique, avec de nombreuses ouvertures/fermetures de porte très tôt le matin ce qui gêne le sommeil.

Pros:

i loved the spacy room and view.
Great location.
the rooftop views and restaurant were excellent.
Service of front desk was very good.

Cons:

pool is very small and not heated. breakfast over priced. suggest to tell in advance during check-in to make reservation for the rooftop for evening time. also consider adding possibility of snacks/ light breakfast on the rooftop before noon.

Excellent hotel and looking forward to returning
Pros:

Excellent hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants and good facilities. Rooftop swimming pool was nice although a little small. Excellent views from the rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Surprised the hotel chooses to charge guests for the indoor swimming pool.
