Pros:

Propre, très bien équipé et spacieux.
Personnel disponible et accueillant. J'ai eu aussi un pass tram offert !!! Super pour aller directement de la gare à l'hôtel

L’emplacement et les aménagements. Le personnel à l’écoute (ventilo, torchons supplémentaires)

Rien. Difficile toutefois via la plateforme booking (courriel) d’obtenir une réponse de l’établissement à une demande d’édition d’une facture or j’en ai besoin pour attester de mon séjour auprès de mon employeur.

Chambre spartiate et vieillotte, ne correspondant pas vraiment aux photos, mais matelas confortables
Pros:

Heureusement, les matelas étaient confortables. Toutefois, le séjour n’a pas été particulièrement agréable. Je tiens néanmoins à souligner la gentillesse et la grande réactivité de la personne à la réception.

Cons:

Il ne m’avait pas semblé clair, au vu des photos sur Booking, que les toilettes et la cuisine étaient séparées de la chambre. Le site présente des images de l’ensemble des chambres, dont certaines paraissent nettement mieux aménagées que d’autres. Je suis malheureusement tombé sur une chambre assez spartiate, avec du mobilier et une décoration plutôt vieillots (armoire métallique de pensionnat).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location close to public transport. Roomy and clean with a handy kitchenette.

No air conditioning, but there was a ceiling fan and a portable fan in the room.

Pros:

Très bon séjour qui a rempli toutes mes attentes. Il s'agit d'un Apart hôtel simple qui était très propre. Les sanitaires partagés entre 5 chambres était aussi très propres et bien tenu. L'équipement fonctionnait bien. L'arrivée s'est faite de manière très efficaces. Il faut comprendre que cet établissement offre uniquement un service de logement propre et efficace, il n'y a pas de service d'hôtel classique (bar, restaurant, salon, etc..., mais le rapport qualité prix est bon pour Genève.

Le bâtiment est un peu triste et impersonnel

Room was clean, close to hospital.

Cons:

There was no AC. I asked for a room with AC, they had a ceiling fan.
I needed a late checkout because my son was hospitalized and I was waiting for his release and they were not accomadeting.
