Pros:

Everything location staff facilities.pool sauna and gym Breakfast superb
There eas a microwave we could use down stairs we felt like a quick light meal and they let us borrow cutlery and plates from restaurant

The hotel booking system seems to be inconsistent with the that of booking agents. It took long to go through the check in process.

A great place to stay in Kirkenes with a fantastic breakfast!
Pros:

Great location between the airport and the Havila cruise ship dock. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. There was a kettle and instant coffee in the room. The best thing though was the amazing breakfast! Such great food!

Cons:

The pool and sauna were closed due to a private function. Disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay.
