We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Brussels.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very accommodating of my Dad who is in a wheelchair. The location was perfect and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The bar was stunning and had such a lovely atmosphere; luxurious but cosy all at the same time.

Cons:

Though the range of food at breakfast was high, the quality of the food could be better. And it was way too expensive for what it is.

Pros:

Ótima localização, perto de tudo, atrações turísticas, lojas e várias opções de restaurantes.

Cons:

Não permitiram que o check-in fosse antecipado em 1 hora, achei o fim para um hotel deste tamanho!

Mooi hotel met veel geschiedenis.
Pros:

Grote kamer ( we hadden een dubbele kamer) erg lekker bed ( master bed) goed ontbijt prima voor elkaar.

Cons:

Badkamer was gedateerd en de slaapbank waar onze kinderen op sliepen was het matras veel te dun waardoor ze praktisch op de bankveren sliepen.ook zou je verwachten dat hier een goed restaurant in gehuisvest zou zijn maar deze zou in verbouwing zijn echter niets van gezien.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Brussels
Pros:

Cons:

This hotel is starting to get old fashioned. Renovations would be necessary.

I would recommend this hotel to friends.
Pros:

Breakfasts are beyond amazing--just superb! Staff so helpful, especially Charlotte at the desk and Adam and ?? who heated my take-away pasta for me.

Cons:

I was disappointed, though, that there was no on-site food service beyond that. I did end up ordering a pizza twice for dinner in the bar area, but it would have been so nice to have something more substantial, especially salads and pasta.
Bathroom needs more towel racks, toilette needs a picture or something on the wall, plus a wastebasket, and my room lacked an iron and board. Phones to desk did not connect.
