Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, szép, régi időket idéző hangulatos kialakítású gyönyörű szálloda. A szoba nagyon tágas, kényelmes és tiszta volt. A szállodától pár lépésre volt a metró állomás és az egyik bevásárló utca is. A reggeli változatos és nagyon finom volt, meleg és hideg ételek széles kínálatával, nagy és szép kialakítású étkező helyiséggel. Igazán jól éreztük itt magunkat.

The guy who handled my checkout was the same one who checked us in. The receipt he printed only had my name on it, so I asked him to add my husband's name as well. He reluctantly asked for the passport; I pointed out that I’d already given it to him at check-in, but he insisted he needed to verify it was for the same person. What nonsense—surely the name itself is enough? Why does it matter if I’m physically standing right there asking for the receipt? I was in a rush and didn't want to argue, but the second receipt he produced had my first and last names sandwiched right in the middle of my husband's full name. I told him, "That’s not how our names work." He started rambling on again. We made it clear we were annoyed and were about to leave when he said, "If you only want one person's name, I can print another one for you." What a damn waste of time—some people just have zero common sense! surely didn’t have basic training for the front desk staff who should be presenting the hotel images.

un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Bel emplacement de l’hôtel, idéalement situé au cœur du centre commercial, ce qui facilite grandement les achats et les sorties.
Le service est irréprochable et de qualité. J’aimerais renouveler l’expérience et recommande vivement cet établissement à tout voyageur de passage à Bruxelles.

El personal muy amable con mención especial a la atención recibida por parte del personal en los desayunos. La ubicación muy buena también y las habitaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

La pena fue la cama plegable que nos pusieron en una habitación para 3 ya que el descanso no fue muy cómodo la verdad, es el único pero aunque fundamental para el descanso después de todo el día pateando Bruselas.
