The whole property was being renovated, and I was not informed of this before I stayed there, so there was a lot of dust. It was dirty. It was messy everywhere.

Pros:

When booking my stay I wasn't informed that when you dont have a restaurant but I git free breakfast with my stay then when I called the front desk for some towels the gentleman told me I had to pre order towels I hadn't even booking my stay and didn't even expect to stay another night in this hotel . I worked for Hilton for 20 yrs and I would never treat my guests like they were to me I think a refund for Sunday night is in deed a better way to keep guests coming back to your hotel my name is Debra Minella I was in room 225 also I ordered some food and it got stolen from my door 75.00 in grocery 😅 very sad
