A altura do encanto da cidade de Salamanca. Recomendo e não penso em outro Hotel ao retornar na cidade. Agradecida.
Pros:

A equipe do Hotel foi extremamente competente e amável. Sempre que solicitada, fui atendida prontamente.

Cons:

Tive um problema com a iluminação que não estava funcionando no banheiro mas prontamente atendida e problema sanado. A acomodação excelente com vista para o pátio exterior muito arborizado e aconchegante.

Hormigas en nuestra cama

La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona, único dos aspectos que me gustaron del hotel

Cons:

A las 3 de la mańana, nos despertamos porque había en nuestra cama hormigas y también en la habitación, papelera vacía y nada de comida en la habitación pero ahí estaban...no he recibido ni una sola llamada para darnos una explicación o una disculpa... Nunca nos había pasado en ningún hotel encontranos bichos en la cama...y es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno es bastante caro para la calidad.

Fabuloso.
Pros:

Me encantó el balcón de la habitación y el patio interno que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

Puede llegar a ser muy ruidoso si estás en el primer piso. Ya que abajo hay una terraza.

Отличное место для того, чтоб переночевать
Pros:

Очень удачное расположение, не шумно и в 5 минутах от центра. Интересная архитектура отеля- лестницы, оформление, внутренний дворик, балконы. Вкусный завтрак (я брал омлет с беконом).

Cons:

Очень странное решение по оформлению номеров. Из-за аскетичности и очень странного граффити на стене ванной, ощущение, что ты в наркоманском притоне из кино. Вдобавок звукоизоляции нет в принципе- ощущение, что соседи пытаются войти в твой номер.

Ubicación excelente para moverse por el casco histórico.
Terraza muy amplia, sin vistas pero soleada.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña y el baño con una ducha estrecha, se salía el agua hacia la moqueta de la habitación continuamente.

Chambre pour handicapée à revoir sinon très bon hôtel !
Pros:

Le lit confortable,les oreillers aussi,tout le nécessaire pour la douche,le système de clés ! Nous y sommes déjà allés au mois d'avril ,la chambre,tout était parfait !

Cons:

Que nous soyons dans une chambre qui devrait être attribuée à une personne handicapée ! Il faisait très froid, pas de lumière à la tête du lit ,il y avait un fil dénudé qui était par terre ,par contre la chambre était propre ! Rien à dire
