Very disappointed with this experience. Unacceptable for a Marriott property

Hotel was under renovation. Room and bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly after last guest. Hair in bathtub. Misc paper on the floor. Informed front desk who assured that room would be cleaned that afternoon. After returning later that evening room was not cleaned and no staff on duty to do so. Very disappointing!!

This was the best stay ever! Staff was great but Emura the front desk agent was over the top excellent! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Pros:

Great staff customer service, clean, just had renovations done the new rooms are nice just wish they could’ve kept the microwaves in the room. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

Got an up grade from the staff no charge, to a king suite

Cons:

Part of it was under construction and our microwave didn’t work due to that. Plus the ice machine was on the first level

We were without power and heat for hours after check in due to construction next door. I had just come from surgery. There was drilling going on the entire stay.
