Staff was friendly and helpful (especially front desk Denzel). Room was especially clean.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Vinings/Galleria, and I especially want to recognize Emera at the front desk concierge. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was amazing — the rooms are newly renovated, very spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

Emera went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent hospitality. Thank you, Emera, for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Buisness trip turned sour when my spouse got hospitalized and i had to travel from Ohio to GA. EMURA was an absolute angel! She made me feel at home.

I want to personally recognize the manager and team member Emura for providing such a great experience. The manager was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Emura was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable it did not go unnoticed!

I came to visit with my wife and the staff was extremely nice and helpful especially Emura she was truly a gem. I will come back to this Fairfield each time I visit.

Very nice place to stay in this area of Atlanta. Emura was great. Her personality really shined. As much as I travel, it is nice to have someone engage in conversation with a smile. She did exactly that. The facility is under renovations, but you would never know it. No noise or dust. Looking pretty good. Room was clean and everything functioned correctly. Plenty of hot water and water pressure.

Friendly staff and breakfast was decent. The room was nice and comfortable.

I have stayed at a surplus of Fairfields over the past several months but the Marriott standard of service that I received here was top tier. Emura, held fast to the Fairfield culture of making my son and I feel like family yet recognizing my elite status and honoring us as such. The general manager even took notice of me carrying my bags and keeping tabs on a toddler and without 2nd thought came to serve. I also witnessed the morning team aid another family in some decisions for their travel accommodations and go above and beyond to serve them as well. I kinda wish I would have found this hidden gem earlier in my travels but I know now and I hope this review helps others make a decision when searching for hotels in the area.

This was the best stay ever! Staff was great but Emura the front desk agent was over the top excellent! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
