Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.
Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.
Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Muy pequeñas las habitaciones
The room was a good size, it didn't have a great view but it was comfortable with a coffee machine. The staff were really helpful and were keen to make sure we had a good time and everything was to our satisfaction.
There were no extras in the room like a shower cap. I would have expected things like that to have been provided for the price paid. Plus the air conditioning unit was noisy and there was nothing I could do to make it quieter. It definitely affected my sleep.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted in the room by a handwritten note and a plate of cookies. That was a great start.

Il fatto che quando si prenota il cliente deve sapere che la stanza che ha scelto non è a piano o sui piani sopraelevati cone in tutti gli hotel ma nel sottoscala, vicino ai bagni e ai locali di servizio , pur avendo scelto una combinazione premium. Ci vuole chiarezza nel momento di scelta e pagamento su Booking.

Loved our stay at this hotel! Even though it is very old, the bathrooms are modern and everything was provided and the decor is gorgeous. Location is amazing, close to bars and restaurants and easy walking distance to all the sights. Highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. We had upgraded suite and it was spotless and very nice.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay. Thanks to Valentin, Clara, Carla, and Maureen. Rooms were fine -- very pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent. -- and we enjoyed chatting with Fabien. And the location right in the centre of it all but with the hotel being set back down an alley it was very quiet. All-round -- highly recommended.
