There is a 24-hour reception.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.

Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

This is a beautiful hotel with old world charm in a great location
Pros:

Lovely belle époque ambiance and comfortable rooms in a great location. Very good value for money.

Cons:

No gym, and no arrangement with a nearby facility that I could access on a Saturday afternoon

Common areas are beautiful and classic, hotel in great location.

Cons:

Our room was a little worn for the price but the size was good. Some more specific directions for luggage drop off/arrival would have helped

Great stay in splendid location.

Pros:

Everything, in particular the staff who were all very helpful and engaged. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were particularly helpful.

Cons:

The room was a little tight, but to be expected given that it is an old building. This didn't affect our enjoyment and others there's nothing to now.

Great Stay at a hotel with the most amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel's location is amazing! Right in the center of the everything with easy walks to the train station. The hotel is clean but a bit dated and very quiet at night . Breakfast was acceptable but not great. The staff was AMAZING!! The friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok not wonderful. Would like to have alternative milks such as soya or oat milk
