There is a 24-hour reception.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.

Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Cons:

des chembres dans un annexe ce n'est pas des chambres d'hotel, d'autant plus que l'accès se fait par un escalier en colimaçon à l'hauteur d'un deuxième ètage, la strategie de upselling pour changer de chambre n'est pas une pratique acceptable au XXIème siècle.

Good location in square
Pros:

Located in the main square. It's a bit difficult to find as the access is up a small walkway. If you like Red you would love this room. Bed OK. Some noise from other guests walking past

Cons:

Old fashioned interiors. The hotel kindly advised of the difficult parking for vehicles over 1.8m after we had booked! We had to drive around until we could find street parking about a 20 minute walk away.

Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel wohnen gehen, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben

Zentrale Lage , trotzdem ruhig gelegen, Zugang zum Hotel von einem Hof aus

Cons:

Gut aufgeteiltes Zimmer: Eingangsbereich und Schlaf- Wohnbereich, welche jedoch mit 2 hohen!!! Stufen miteinander verbunden sind und für gehbehinderte Personen nicht optimal ist ( kein Handlauf!) Dito Treppenstufen im Korridor ohne Handlauf!

Beautiful, well-maintained, historic hotel in excellent location, with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful public spaces; well-apppointed, generously-sized room (and I booked the least expensive option), very friendly, helpful staff; excellent breakfast in lovely dining room; perfect location.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Our room was very very dusty. I had to ask to have it cleaned properly. Small things like not replacing the coffee capsules and after 6 hrs having to ask again for a bottle of water. In general the hotel was a bit tired.
