Important information:

There is a 24-hour reception.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.

Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Pros:

La dame du petit déjeuner
La beauté des lieux, cet hôtel est un réel musée

Cons:

La chambre était trop froide, les draps sont pensés pour l'été (conton de percale froid) même si luxueux bien entendu.

L'accueil réservé (personnel trop jeune et inexpérimenté à mon sens)
La dame du petit déjeuner a beaucoup plus de culture et parle plus de langues.
Elle est agréable et chaleureuse.

Everything you could want from a boutique French hotel
Pros:

I love this hotel. It's a true hidden gem and if you like rooms with character and which truly reflect classic French style then you won't be disappointed. A great mix of classic charm and modern amenities. The guys on reception are very welcoming

Nothing really. The heating broke down when I was there but it was swiftly dealt with

Beautiful building, fabulous interior, lovely bar area . Good sized rooms which were comfortable, clean and tidy!

helpful staff and a very dark room and narrow stairs
Pros:

Staff were very helpful when we tried to park and unload.

Cons:

Our room was up 3 flights of very narrow stairs. It would have been impossible to climb with large luggage. There was no elevator. The room was poorly lit and dark. The front desk person said it's lighter on sunny days. Not when we were there.

La qualité de la literie n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hotel quatre étoiles. À ce prix, la literie doit être irréprochable, on vient à l’hotel d’abord pour dormir.
