Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.
Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

It was a proper 4 star hotel with high quality furnishings and a service mentality. So often hotels or b&b claim to be 4* but are just clean and furnished from ikea or similar, but this hotel was a genuinely nice experience.
Hotel is extremely well located on the main square and felt like a safe area, unlike some of the edgier parts of Toulouse.
Bed very comfortable and shower was good. Room was very clean
We asked for - and got - a quiet room. We hadn’t expected the room to be up a steep old staircase though. While access for us was not problematic, think it would be worth flagging the stairs as some people might struggle a bit.
