There is a 24-hour reception.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.

Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.

Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Pros:

This hotel is right on the Opera Square in the middle of Toulouse. A great location.
Old world charm with beautiful wallpaper. Bathroom was modern, clean, lovely, nice linens
The room service was lovely for a late night snack. The room was very quiet.

Cons:

Bedroom was on the 3rd floor on a winding staircase. It was a bit difficult with luggage. I should have asked for help from the staff.

Hotel vetusto a evitar
Cons:

El Hotel es muy viejo y está mal mantenido. Me alojaron en un habitation vetusta que más parecía una cueva. No tenía ni luz, ni ventilación, únicamente una claraboya en una esquina que daba sobre el suelo de un patio. un ambiente claustrofóbico y deteriorado a 200 euros la noche!!!!!!!!
