Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.
The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft.
Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.
Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request.

Location, air conditioning, mattress, decor, STAFF!!, directions to parking… it was everything I needed after a long days drive.
Ceiling fan in room excited this American…but I couldn’t find the switch. The outlets literally didn’t accommodate my plug / charger… it was too deep. Only 1 of 3 worked…
The staff are outstanding.
They put out luggage in our room whilst we were out. Arranged a taxi when the City access had a problem. Upgraded us. Just nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is stunning. Definitely would stay again.
The location of the hotel is exceptional.
Rooms were old and worn even the upgraded rooms. Hotel requires a major renovation. Carpets everywhere. No slippers ..Shower was small and leaked water everywhere Staff were not suitably trained. Breakfast a bit basic. Over priced.

Interior was an enjoyable throwback to an era of grand hotels, as was our room. Ornate, but comfortable and welcoming, with friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was a very good size, with comfortable armchairs, lots of cupboard/wardrobe space and plenty of room to put suitcases, Good bathroom - not huge, but not cramped either, and very nice to have a bath as well as the shower over it. Toilet was in the same room as washbasin and bath, which we prefer. Light was fine, which was something I'd been concerned about from some photos I'd seen. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location right in the centre of the city, but we were given a very quiet room, as requested.
Nothing comes to mind - a very enjoyable stay
The last two days of our vacation we spent more to get a special location hotel right in the central square of Toulouse. It is that - a perfect location. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. A good choice at breakfast. The lift worked well (we were on the third floor) and the room was clean and comfortable.
Well, for what we were paying per night we did expect a slightly larger room and certainly would have expected one comfy chair in the room (there was room for one but only a 'desk chair'). The shower had no door as such as so the bathroom floor always got wet by the entrance to the shower despite the floormat. Uninspiring outlook from the room. There wasn't much else by way of facilities.
Be aware that Toulouse museums and art galleries have irritatingly unexpected opening/closing times - suggest not going unless it includes Thursday - Sunday!
