Pros:

Everything. It’s our honeymoon and we went from MN to TX and this hotel by far was the best one we went to. And the staff was so so kind to us.

Pros:

Coffee in lobby was nice and fresh when we had to leave before breakfast was served on Saturday morning. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Facilities were very dated and appeared old. Bathroom light switch was actually outside of the bathroom. There were lots of folks milling around in the parking lot, we didn’t know if they were guests or employees of the factory across the street waiting for a shift to start. This does create a sense of uneasiness when you are coming and going with individuals hanging out in the parking lot like that.

Pros:

The desk clerk was pleasant.The morning breakfast crew wasn't helpful at all.

Cons:

No coffee made,no hot water out. Then she took the water pot, brought back the coffee and never came back .Once into bed,there was a strong mildew smell.

Uncomfortable painstaking too hard mattress.

The location was easily accessible and quiet. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The mattress was hard. Stayed here before in a different room and the mattress wasn't bad, but this time the mattress was hard and it made my back hurt, very uncomfortable therefore I didn't get the quality of sleep.
Upon check in around 2am, there was a sign on desk stating be back with a customer or something to that effect. Waited for a few minutes until someone showed up from the back area. They got me checked in but don't indicate which end of the hall the room was located so know where to park for convenience. At this point wanted to get in room and sleep.
There's other hotels in the immediate area may consider next time for a better mattress so I am not constantly tossing and turning due to unable to find comfortable position to get decent sleep and wake up with a very sore back.

Rooms not secure....
Pros:

The jetted tub was amazing!

Cons:

Someone came into our room after we checked in and left for a few hours. Ran the shower and left standing water all over the bathroom floor. We were gone for a while as we were there for State Bowling Championship. When we told the front desk staff she told me it was probably a maintenance issue, which seemed strange to me, if that were the case then why didn't we get moved. I asked them to look at cameras cause we had a dnd on the door and she said she couldn't, that the manager would and he would call me. Still haven't heard back. We had to leave out early for competition so I couldn't wait around. I've called and still nothing in return. Did not feel secure or comfortable in the building after this. Also double charged me security deposit, said the one charge was just to see if it would go through, but both were held for 4 days. Did receive both back but shouldn't have been double charged to begin with.
