Pillows too thick
Rosa kept my room clean and provided plenty of towels. The staff at the desk had good food recommendations. Location was perfect for the McConnell AFB airshow, only a nine-minute drive. Morning breakfast was a perfect blend of eggs, sausage, orange juice, and today, biscuits and gravy. Very good location for plenty of great places to eat. And the best thing was that COSTCO is right across the street!
Nothing I didn't like.
Super petit déjeuner, les chambres et les parties communes étaient propres, le personnel très agréable. La cheminée a l’accueil donne un côté très cosy et chaleureux.
Les cookies gratuits et les bouteilles d’eau à disposition à l’accueil sont une attention très appréciables!
Les chambres donnant côté route étaient un peu bruyantes. Mais c’est vraiment un détail!

Small outdated priced too high
Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. It was an adjoining room and the neighbors were loud talkers so the sound came through the door.
I did not like that I had to make a $50 deposit when I had paid for the room. I asked if that was for my dog and was told no. If a room is paid in full, you are accusing me in advance that I am going to damage the room. This practice will discourage me from staying with this company again. I've stayed in other Country Inns & Radisson and not paid a deposit for my room on the same night as I have paid for the room. The Wifi and the TV did not work for the first 3 hours that we were there.
Friendly and helpful front desk clerk, clean and comfortable room, very nice breakfast.
The room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful.
There was a terrible smell in the room that made me very sick to my stomach. It ruined our stay there.
