Clean, comfortable and fabulous location.
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location on Harvard Square with lots of great food options nearby. Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Pros:

The rooms needed upkeep and the heating system did not work. Location is the reason I would stay here.

Charming hotel w/supreme location
Pros:

This hotel was the perfect landing spot while I was attending a class at Harvard. It is centrally located to campus and easy to access all of the great spots in town. The hotel is charming and offers a very clean, comfortable flair. The rooms are spacious and charming.

The bed and location.

Cons:

The towel racks were broken and no bathtub. There was no coffee maker in the room. It was far more bare-bones than I thought it would be. Also, the exterior doors to the hotel were never locked, so anyone could walk in at two in the morning or anytime.

The hotel is perfectly located, the hotel is comfortable but lacks some attention to service.
Pros:

Hotel location is superb. The room was comfortable. When we arrived, the door between our room and the room next door (114 and 116) was unlocked and it took two visits to the front desk to get the door locked. Also -- our room phone was unconnected.

Cons:

The bathroom is challenging -- the sink has virtually no room for items. You should consider putting some shelves above the toilet. The water temp in the shower was very hard to regulate. Our body wash was empty and again, this took repeated requests to get a new bottle.
