Es hat uns gefallen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer für 3 erwachsene Personen war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksservice war sehr gut, es wurde immer ausreichend für Nachschub gesorgt. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Friendly staff, relatively inexpensive, good location, not very comfortable and rooms run down.

The mattress was very thin, the room was small and the shower leaked out into the bedroom through the wall and wet my bag of clothes.

Good location, excellent staff members
Pros:

Centrally located and convenient. I contacted the team via WhatsApp according the instructions in the room and a very kind member of staff found me an extra heater to warm up the room. I didn’t catch her name but she was a lifesaver.
Also the night receptionist/porter was happy to make a hot chocolate at 4am. The staff are such a credit to this hotel and their kindness means that I would rebook without a second thought.

Cons:

The window had been left open and the room was freezing cold.

Nice but noisy
Pros:

Location excellent for china town, bull ring, markets and canalside
Great hotel, small but good rooms, noise is an issue if you are a light sleeper and you can hear everything going on in the bathroom from the bedroom which if youre bothered by being heard then its a no.

Cons:

Room was very small, only 2 teabags, not enough for us, tv didnt work properly and we had to fix it and it was wonky, remote also was dodgy.
Desk was tatty and had marks all over it.
Kettle was dirty.

Comfortable, quiet room. Good breakfast. Ideally located for Birmingham Hippodrome, and close to New Street station.

Cons:

Salty, dry scrambled egg at breakfast.
