Cons:

Booked for a family room, got charged for 2 separate rooms. Was then offered an inter connecting room over the phone and was fully confirmed and booked. When we reached we was told nothing was available and they could only give us 2 rooms. No apologies no compensation. The staff was rude

Great location at a good price.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast included in the price and the friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didnt like the lack of air conditioning or climate control in the room. Granted it was outside the norm on temperatures for that time of year but it was not comfortable to be so hot and without AC. The window couldn't be opened more than a crack (for insurance and safety reasons).
