Smell
The staff verry friendly
Bed sheets was a litel.bit eachis and toilet not super clean .smell in the room like wet shocks
Easy to book
The price for one night was outrageous
Reserved a confirmed king deluxe room and when I arrived they gave me a 2 double bed room. They had no more king deluxe. When checking out they tried to convince me that it was an upgrade lol Their compensation was a big 15 dollars off of the bill. Not only that I actually had to contact the hotel 2 days after they were aware of mistake. They were just going to let it go. Not the way a Wyndham hotel chain should handle their mistake
Nothing
Hotel had no power when I tried to check in. Still have not received a refund despite calling and emailing both Booking.com and the hotel.
Nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Nice breakfast
The tv worked. The ac was nice. The breakfast waffles are FRESH and nice.
Upon arrival my room was not ready when i was told that it would be ready at 2:30 I arrived at 3:30 pm. They didnt have any wash wrags, I had to bathe using face towels. The bathroom stuck and smelt like there was dry pee on the floor. The pillows were very old because there were CLUMPS . There was a clump of hair on the sheets.I had to change them. It was a mess. The pool was dirty the watwr was stagnant the filter was NOT on. It was unbearable I even left early to stay at the Hilton across the street
Convenient to the highway. Bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hot-breakfast buffet. Nothing extraordinary. There was a outdoor pool (didn't use) and fitness room (I used).
Room was generally very clean except for the mold/mildew on the shower floor around the edges. Fitness center looks neglected. No towels or water and poorly maintained equipment--typical for MOST small hotels. FIFA world cup was a couple of hours away that day so the room rate was about $100 over normal pricing.
Comfortable bed!
Location
Don’t stay at this hotel! It was so loud with travel kid’s teams and refused to be addressed by the staff or manager. I even contacted the manager after the fact to discuss how disappointed we were and he basically said sorry there is nothing I can do to help you. What kind of management is that!? Not worth the almost $300 to stay and would give zero stars.
