Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié que suite à mon séjour l’établissement ne prenne pas la peine de répondre à mes 2 courriels de réclamation (panne de la climatisation pendant mon séjour qui a eu lieu durant la canicule). Cela prouve toute la considération portée à la clientèle.
Pour cette raison mon appréciation est négative.

Pros:

L’emplacement au bout du Vieux Port en plein centre-ville.

Cons:

Parfois un peu bruyant, mais ce sont les inconvénients du centre ville.

L’emplacement sur le Vieux-Port, et la vue de la terrasse de la chambre

Cons:

La terrasse n’était pas aménagée du tout, pas de coussins sur les transat, pas de parasol. Le hall d’entrée qui était également La salle de petit déjeuner faisait plutôt deux étoiles alors que le tarif de la chambre était très élevé

Sehr zentrale Lage am alten Hafen, aber aktuell mit sehr störendem Baulärm tagsüber.
Pros:

Lage war sehr zentral und direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle am alten Hafen, von wo aus es nur 2 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof waren.

Cons:

Tagsüber der Baulärm mit Presslufthammer, weil direkt daneben im selben Gebäude generalsaniert wird.

Very noisy rooms
Pros:

The location is good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was included.

Cons:

It is advertised as soundproof but when we first got there, we were assigned a room and right away we heard banging from underneath our room. We were told that there is construction taking place. We asked then what time the banging starts in the morning and we're told 8am. We requested a different room and the staff gave us an attitude and told us to wait until the next day. We told her we came from far away and needed ro rest and that we did not want to be woken up by construction at 8am. She reluctantly gave us another room which was much smaller than the room we originally paid for but we decided not to make a fuss. The second room was right besides a church and the church bells would go off at 8am in the morning. Needless to say the rooms were not soundproof. Would not stay in this hotel again.
