Mi sarebbe piaciuto più sostegno da booking
Pros:

Il giorno prima ci hanno scritto che si era rotto il riscaldamento e 2 persone (2 camere singole) si sarebbero dovute spostare in un albergo a 20 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo contattato booking per avere la possibilità di essere spostate vicino al resto del gruppo ma non abbiamo avuto risposte. Il giorno dopo,quello della partenza ci comunicano che tutto il gruppo era stato spostato all'albergo più lontano dal centro. La falla più grossa è stata di booking che non ci ha assistito.

L'albergo era ottimo. La posizione scomoda. Faceva molto freddo e la sera non si trovavano taxi
