Cons:

Absolutely AWFUL night sleep. Aircon made weird crackling sounds so we couldn't sleep with it on, so then it was very warm in the room. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. I sleep on my side, I woke up with the worst pain down my arm from how hard the bed was. Must've got about 3 hours sleep. Worst sleep I've had at a hotel

Straightforward, friendly staff, recommended for a short stay in lovely MK!
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly, check in very easy, room basic but comfortable, all clean. Would recommend for a straightforward experience, walkable from the station.

Cons:

Minor technical faults with room but this didn't affect the stay.

Pros:

Great value for money. Bathroom was spotless.

Cons:

Light leak under the door and through the peep hole. One side of quilt smelt of urine. Pillows uncomfortable. Not very sound proof, my room is next to the door which is constantly in use.

Great location poor facilities

Excellent location. Mr Ali staff of the reception in the first day was helpful and comparative. The hotel was clean and tidy .

Cons:

Poor facility in the room. Very hard, thin mattress. No kettle. The room hd only bed and toilet. No table.no chair. Nothing to put your clothes or your bags.

So terrible we didn’t actually stay.

The location was good

Cons:

There were no reception staff downstairs. The coffee machine was out of order. The room was like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs. There was only one towel for two of us. The bed was uncomfortable. The door could possibly have been made of cardboard because we could hear everyone’s conversations in the corridor and it felt like they were in the cupboard too. We stayed for an hour and a half before we decided we couldn’t possibly stay. This is clearly a regular occurrence as the reception staff didn’t seem at all surprised or bother to ask why. We will not be returning.
