Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

Small rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Poor pillows. Bathroom door was glass so gave out too much light into the bedroom.

The room wreaked of sewage. It was unbearable, could not sleep in the room. The hotel was apparently full so had to sleep on a chair in the deception area.

Pros:

The reception team member was friendly and polite when I arrived, greeted me warmly. I stay at this hotel pretty often, every week. Check-in always goes quickly and smoothly. I asked for my favorite room, 325, and it was available — happy days. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy. Definitely planning to come back.

Cons:

For double occupancy, it would be preferable to have two bath towels rather than just one. Unfortunately, one of us has to use a hand towel after showering.

Great value for money, clean and compact room
Pros:

Although the room was small and compact, was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Everything worked! The shower was hot and the bed was also very comfortable. I was greeted very warmly by staff on arrival and checking out.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind as everything was clean, in good working order so I was happy!
