Everything awful hotel
The girls by reception Samie and the other one were very customer caring

On arrival could not get into the carpark, had to park down the road. This is the whole reason I booked this hotel. When I did enter the hotel there was a large que, no staff member. Apparently she had gone off to find door cards they didn't have any 45mins later she returned. Very apologetic girl but was left with no choice but to see every body to their rooms using her door card. As you can imagine this took some time. When entering the room it was very small and dull, nothing nice about it. A double room for 2x people and 1 towel provided. A coffee machine in the lobby staff member operating it and other que. Sorry couldn't wait to get out of there nothing EASY about this hotel.
Bed was like sleeping in a cell, smallest flattest pillow provided. On arriving back i asked for another pillow for our second night, I was told by the receptionist she would have to search the whole hotel. I said anything will be fine even if its blankets or another quilt we could roll up. She really didn't want to help in this case and told us she would bring them to us IF she could find any (im sure there would have been an empty room they could have been borrowed from) i left to go back to the room with the impression we was not getting any extra pillows, I was correct and ended up spending half the night on the floor as this was more comfortable that the block of concrete which was referred to as a bed. The following morning I mentioned this to the male receptionist and he said we could have have had extra pillows no problem if we asked. I explained the conversation with the woman the previous night and I was correct. She simply couldn't be arsed to have a look. Every other member of staff were really great but unfortunately I wasn't sleeping on them. Upon reflection we should have just got arrested and slept in the same conditions for free.

Nothing. Excellent value. If driving, remember to pay for parking if leaving after 7am. £2 gets you to 9am
