Great manager when I first entered. Super friendly.

Cons:

The shower holder was broken, but it still balanced. Perhaps an extra face tower too. Otherwise, it's a cheap and cheerful hotel. Nothing bad for the price.

The hotel is very hard to find, staff not helpful, outside having a cigarette.
The room was dirty, head board had questionable dirt on it, the bathroom your can't sit on the seat correctly as the bin is in the way where ever you put it!
The bathroom door doesn't give much privacy.
Tiny rooms no where to sit and do makeup, shower was broken .
We stayed in a room for 3 people the beds were horrible only one flat pillow each and two towels, no hand towels!
The shower stuff was like water! Gross

Everything perfect for what we need it
Pros:

Just come once a month with my friend to MK to go for a night out . Booking always two rooms. Stuff always friendly the hotel is in short distance to the hub . Has all we need for a night .
