Great staff, great property, ease of check-in/out
Pros:

Layout was great. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we did visit and liked the indoor/outdoor design. The best new thing was the Digital Key system, how I could securely share and unshare the key and hide the Room number in the event my device was lost. Bery well thought out. Check in/out was a breeze.

Failure to return missing item
Pros:

My husband and I stayed this past weekend for two nights and had a good stay until the day of departure. I had left my gym shoes in the room near the window for them to dry after I cleaned them and it slipped my mind to grab them before we left. I called no more than two hours later asking the receptionist to check the room and lost and found for them. I was met with constant unanswered rings for about 10 minutes. Once finally through I was told the room was cleaned but the lost and found couldn’t be checked due to no manager being present to open it. I called again the next day to follow up and was met with a rude attitude from the management themselves and told my shoes were gone. It’s really unfortunate to be meet with constant pushback about my item and not receiving helpful assistance to find my shoes.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport which was great for a weekend visit. They also provide a shuttle service if needed to get to and from the airport. The breakfast is amazing as well. I would definitely stay again when I visit Michigan.

Pretty good could have been excellent
Pros:

I stayed in231 my floor smelled like marijuana . I was stunned.

Lastly,my uncle Michael Lee 80 years old came to get me parked in back and there was black ice he slipped his knee . One of your EE’s mentioned pavement hadn’t been salted .

Cons:

Check for marijuana,check on parking lot condition after snow or ice storms
