At 11 pm 9 planes landed and that was noisy!
Great bonuses- happy hour snacks and free drinks. Lovely to get a good meal without leaving or paying for delivery. Pool & hot tub were close to same temperature, but everything else was better than expected. Staff appeared genuinely friendly and pleasant. Comfy bed and large room.

The Breakfast was awesome. The variety and the feel of a homecooked meal was comforting.
My son and I traveled together. It would have been helpful to have 4 of each bathing and grooming cloths instead of 3: Bath Towels, hand towels and face cloths.

Pool area could with an upgrade.
Check in sucked. Booked through a third party site and had talked to staff day before to confirm my booking. Got there and you didn’t have my room booked and check in gal was like oh well not my problem even though I showed the confirmation. Had to call third party site and get both on the phone and when they gave her a number what do you know there was my reservation in your computer the whole time. Made me late for the game we came down to watch. Piss poor customer service and then had room service trying to get in our room the next day twice before we had even checked out.
Staff was cheerful and helpful, room was clean. Airport shuttle goes every 15 minutes
Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30 in the, we had to leave at 6:00, so we missed breakfast.
Cheap toilet paper!
There was no way to turn off the air conditioning FAN! It humed all night!
When we arrived the AC was ON & the temperature in the room was 56° F!
Even with the AC off the temperature in the morning was a chily 65°.
We had to spend an overnight in Detroit due to a flight delay and booked a King Suite at the Embassy Suites. It is a very nice and clean hotel that has an excellent Burger Bar inside as well as a small shop and bar which is great as we did not have a car for the evening. The staff was fantastic and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast starts at 6:30 - it's plentiful and has a good variety to satisfy any hunger. We would stay here again.
