Schönes Design Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon. Hotel auch in schöner Lage und schöner Inneinrichtung. Frühstück war sehr gut. Ebenso der Pool und die Sauna.

Cons:

Es hat meine Erwartungen getroffen.

Would not return as room was so poor even after paying for a balcony.
Pros:

Very clean. Great breakfast.

Cons:

My room was absolutely awful. There was a wall completely blocking the balcony and the daylight. The pool and the bottom sun deck was in the shade most of the day.

El edificio en sí, moderno, impecable, nuevo. Buenos detalles.

Cons:

Como siempre en esta cadena, no ponen acondicionador, sino shampoo 2en1 de mala calidad.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel because it is nearby mostly populer and most rated restaurants.

Cons:

They don’t provide me first aid bag when I need. Also we had some security challenges in the night.

Air-conditioning not fit for purpose
Pros:

Nice looking modern hotel

Cons:

Complaint: air-conditioning wasn't working so I asked for facilities to have a look. They either did nothing or the whole air-conditioning system is not fit for purpose. Judging by online comments this seems to be the problem.

Reception tried to tell me it's due to strict Spanish laws limiting the system but I've been to a ton of Spanish hotels and not had this problem, so please don't feed me bullshit at 7am when I'm cranky. I suggest an apology and a refund.

P.S. The shower is in the middle of the room. Weird and probably unhelpful to the awful Aircon.

I loved it
Pros:

I loved this place. The staff and people of Mallorca generally were so friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe the whole time. The facilities were immaculate. Room service was fabulous. No sunlounger wars. My shower had excellent water pressure. The minibar in the room was complimentary. The solarium room was definitely worth being closer to the pool though be aware you will only get sun for one half of the day (morning/afternoon) depending on which side of the pool you’re on. I got afternoon sun which suited me. The breakfast was nice and goes until 10:30am which is good if you want a bit of a sleep in. It was a nice mix of young/mature, families, couples. Supermarket a very short walk around the corner. I also loved the convenience of a 10-15min taxi to/from the airport. Best city/sun escape I’ve had for a while. Thank you!

Cons:

On the Thurs/Fri more hens/stag do groups started arriving who made it a bit noisier and less relaxing

Didnt want to come home
Pros:

Breakfast amazing,swim up room fabulous. Taxi service great, so much cheaper than Uber. Waiters were so friendly, and made us feel so welcome, like part of the family. I had a medical issue with my foot and reception was so helpful . Food in restaurant really goow, loved the 10% off, huge portions of chips.

Cons:

There was a map available however it did not make it clear the best way way to walk into town , more detailed would be beneficial. We were a lot closer than we realised until we had a few taxi rides. Reception got really busy with the air crew checking in, if you had a simple question it was a long wait .

Wouldn't go back there, not good value for money
Pros:

Quick check in, staff nice, food/drinks okay

Cons:

Rooms need updating, all the English news channels on the TV not working, hairdryer disconnected from the wall and tripped all the electricity in the room, and almost killed me in the process

The best hotel experience in our last 10 years of travelling
Pros:

In the last 10 years of our business and private trips this was the most hospitable hotel. From special request like flowers bouquet for my wife's birthday which they organized with a local florist, to a gift bottle of Cava, to allowing us to shover and dress up in the evening though we checked out in the morning.phenomenal staff!!
The pool and bar areais great, food and drink selection was nice.

Good value for money!
Pros:

The hotel was really modern and clean, and we especially liked the bedding – the bed itself was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was also really good. Close to bus stops and a supermarket. The minibar was restocked with drinks every day

Cons:

The soundproofing wasn’t very good, as we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Also, the inside of the deposit box was very dirty. Other than that, we liked everything
