Værelse og bad var fint.
Meget behageligt personale

Cons:

toilettet var meget lille, og man kom nemt til at slå imod toiletrulleholderen. Altanen var smal, og vi havde kun sol fra kl 14.30 til ca 17

Mycket bra vistelse bortsett från fadäsen med städningen.
Pros:

Toppen läge, brett utbud med gym, inne pool, utepool, restaurang, bar, gym

Cons:

Fånig idé med skyltar utanför dörren som man snurrade på om man ville ha städning eller ej.
Någon snurrade på vår skylt och städningen uteblev. Fick argumentera flera gånger med personalen som till slut städade kl.19.00 på kvällen.

The bar was a lovely relaxed area.
The room was nice with the pool access.

Cons:

The pool was not open until 10am and closed at 6pm.
I like a morning swim before breakfast.
The food by the pool was all deep fried nothing healthy on the menu.

Cons:

Chambre familiale vraiment étroite , aménagée de surplus d un lit parapluie pour mes enfants de 13 et 11 ans .
2 seuls verre , pas de cafetière .
390 e pour 2 nuits sans petit dej en avril c est très cher .

Perfect location and a wonderful stay for a spring weekend in Palma
Pros:

A wonderful hotel for a spring weekend in Palma! The location is absolutely perfect: it’s very easy to reach both the historical center with its cozy courtyards and the promenade for long walks by the sea. It's still too early for swimming in April, so logistics were a priority for us, and this place didn't disappoint. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and always ready to recommend great local places nearby. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Хороший отель. Супер сервис при заезде , спасибо отдельное помощнику менеджера . Девушка была очень милой и дружелюбной. Вызов такси моментальный-сервис супер!!!!

Cons:

Отношение к гостям . И отсутствие контакта по эл. почте , если гости пишут какую то информацию. Ответа -нет. Хотелось бы лучше коммуникацию с отелем иметь.

Great stay , would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and modern and very clean , we were able to check in when we arrived at 10.30am . We upgraded to a premium room which was worth the money , the mini bar was re stocked every day .
We only had breakfast once which was lovely but quite expensive at €20. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
