A damage deposit of $100 USD is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 business days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card subject to inspection of the room.

Guests must be 21 years old or older to check-in, and all individuals staying in the room older than 17 years old are required to be registered to the room with a photo ID. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Designated smoking areas are established throughout the property. $250.00 fine may be imposed if smoking is observed outside the designated areas.

All guests are required to complete our digital or mobile check-in process prior to arrival or at the time of check-in. This process may include, but is not limited to:

* Identity verification (including selfie)
* Confirmation of payment details and authorization
* Acceptance of all applicable agreements, policies, and house rules

Failure to complete the required digital or mobile check-in may result in delayed access, denial of check-in, or cancellation of the reservation without liability to the property. The property reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation at any time to ensure guest safety and prevent fraud.

Extended Stay Background Check Requirement: Guests extending beyond 27 consecutive days must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to day 28 of occupancy. A one-time $10 screening fee applies. Failure to pass the screening may result in non-approval of the extension beyond day 27. Guests with paid reservations for the full for 28 days or more are exempt from the background check requirement for the original paid stay only. Further extension must undergo the same requirement.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
