Room was located facing the pool which was nice

Everything fine.

We had a great stay in a spacious suite with excellent natural lighting, cleanliness, and a wonderful view of the pool.
The hotel location is very convenient, especially for visiting nearby attractions, and it made getting around really easy.
Great staff and the price was also really fair for what was offered, which made it a very good value overall.
We highly recommend Stayable Kissimmee West.

Buena ubicacion, cerca de Todo hotel muy central, SE puede tomar auto bus a los parques y solo pagas 2 dolares por viaje mas eco que un Uber Tomas mas tiempo en El viaje pero lo disfrutas☺️ habitacion limpia, y aunque no pedi cosina tiene una con nevera, estufa, microhandas. Cerca del hotel a Unos pasos farmacias, supermercados, restaurants Lugar seguro aunque SE VE Todo TIPO de personas😬😅🤔 nada de que preocuparse.

Good place and secure area

The facilities are awesome.

We had roaches and the front door was broken and there was never an employee available and no one ever picked up the phone and people where hanging around are room at night did not feel safe thank God it was just one night

Horrible experience here. Despite the staff on hand being friendly, the check in process is pretty unbearable. Full online check in process that is a pain and took forever to figure out. Even the staff on hand didnt really kmow what to do.
The room itself was horrific. It had a really weird odor to it. There was mucus in the bathtub from the previous person. A wad of hair in the sink. The freezer had a deac bug in it and was broken. I will sav their maintenence was very prompt to fix the freezer. The floor was ao dirty it turned my child's foot black within the first 5min of not having shoes on. Under the beds and tables the floors were completely dirty and you can tell they maybe swept at best but didnt mop,
After seeing the state of the room we couldn't stay. We asked for another rook but we were told there were not any left and they were fully booked. So we decided to cancel despite it being late and knowing we would have to find somewhere else to stav. We were told in person that there were no other rooms and that a refund will be approved mostly likely due to the state of the room.
During the process of getting a refund. The hotel liec during our texts. They said they offered us another room but they did not when we were there. Thev then deniec the refund despite us having ample evidence of how unsanitary the room was especially since we had children with us.
I would avoid this place at all costs. Horrible hotel. The location isn't too bad. but the hotel itself seems to have zero care about cleaning after each stay. Pay the extra money and go to a marriot. It'll be worth it. I promise.
