Just the location
Their ac was bad we changed rooms twice both had the same problem and then the bathroom got clogged and the staff is not friendly at all and when I spoke to the manager about my concerns she did not care did not apologize I even told my husband kids and me did not sleep the whole night she did not care and she said she does not care about the review and I told my friends were coming I recommended their hotel but since their service was so bad I will not recommend their hotel she stated not to recommend to anyone
Very convenient location for a very early flight.
Charging for parking is ridiculous!
Staff are beyond rude, especially the manager. Not willing to help or assist in anything and basically has the attitude of “not my problem!”
Cancelled us five minutes before check in with no notification drove in from out of state

Food was better than expected. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was close to an airport train stop that we used to go downtown.
Could not navigate the TV, no instructions. Could not find local channels. There was a thermostat on the wall that was on and a through-the-wall unit that was running. Front desk could not say which one controled the temperature. I could adjust the temperature, so it was too warm for us.
Clean rooms, easy check in and departure, no noise from the other rooms.
Shuttle was a bit inconvenient because you have to call the hotel to request pickup, but the shuttle back to the airport runs on a schedule.
Floors in the rooms felt weird. I could not walk without socks. They were clean, but the flooring material was kind of slippery and waxy feeling.

We paid $688 for ONE night for a room with no air conditioning… at 2 am we asked if there was something we were maybe doing wrong… they said no but they could move us to a different room. At 2 am… seriously… pack up and move rooms… maybe not book a room in the summer that does not have A/C when it’s listed as what’s in your “suite” that you pay so much more for.
Good facilities, easy assessable from the airport and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff did their best with a large influx of people, like me, who had their flight cancelled.
The food available at hotel was terrible. Saying that they have a restaurant is like saying that 7-eleven is a grocery store. Technically they had food but of low quality and high prices.
The lobby was hot, noisy and had mosquitoes.

Good location close to the airport. The 24 hour complimentary shuttle to the airport was very helpful as few flew out very early in the morning. Good size room, very clean.
Staff at the front desk is very Philly. Front desk had a bit of an attitude at check in. No great food options around the hotel.

An overall great stay at Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The room was clean and quite comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was smooth and convenient.
I also appreciated having an on-site restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
What we did not like was the service at the restaurant. The staff seemed moody and not very welcoming. We ordered two burgers, but both patties were burnt. We asked for one to be replaced, but we received what appeared to be the same burnt patty again. We recognized it because there was already a bite taken out of the burger, so we were unsure what had actually been changed.
During our dining experience, we also noticed that the kitchen area clearly stated that it was for staff only. However, several people wearing regular clothing/ loungewear were entering and exiting the kitchen area. This did not seem appropriate and made us question whether the area was being properly managed.
Facility is up-to-date, convenient to the airport, and the free airport shuttle is awesome! Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful.
Understaffed. Staff were doing double duty across jobs such that a line at the front desk and at the breakfast counter formed at times because the same staff manage both.
Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service. Our flight had been canceled and we had to quickly reserve a hotel stay.
Cost was higher than what I expected but I haven’t stayed in Philly before.
