The shuttle driver was nice - that’s all that I can say good
Non existent customer service. Don’t book here - or with Booking.com - if you need the hotel folio for an expense report. Have sent 2 messages to hotel, called their desk and customer service line 4 times, and asked for a folio when I checked out in the first place. They tell me to contact Booking since I booked thru them. Booking tells me I have to contact the hotel. Bookings service is possibly even worse. Their 800# is now a bot. I was disconnected no fewer than 3 times trying to reach a human and the human I reached I could barely understand and she was useless, telling me I had to get the info from the hotel. Neither entity can figure it out and neither seems to care.
The hotel itself is old and dumpy and no sound proofing. I had a terrible nights sleep. Wouldn’t stay there again under any circumstances and will not ever stay at another Sonesta branded hotel after this fiasco. The fact I can’t get a receipt is just adding insult to injury.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Dirty hallways, only junk food available after the lousy breakfast options were done. Bathroom was gross. Asked for a toothbrush because I forgot mine and they said they had none.in their on-site "market".
