Good room for the price, but skip breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, which is rare these days, so that was really appreciated. Decor was quite pleasant and we liked the lobby and courtyard areas.

Cons:

Refrigerator was not cold enough and temperature could not be adjusted because the adjuster was locked into place.

Tub did not drain properly when showering, so we stood in 3-4 inches of water while bathing. Reported first day, but was not fixed before we left.

Breakfast was terrible, far worse than many free continental breakfasts I've had, so paying quite a penny for it was very frustrating. I am not a picky person and rarely complain about meals out - the avocado toast was very old, tough, brown spotted avocado slices on untoasted bread. Really gross. Pancakes were extremely expensive for 3 tiny pancakes and a container of syrup with a really off-putting, mucusy texture. My husband just had packaged cereal and milk, and by far had the best meal. Breakfast quality is seriously lacking.

Serves its purpose when I fly out of Philly.Staff is always helpful.shuttle to and from airport on demand.Park my car for a fair price and it’s safe

Pros:

The location was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful as I needed a phone charger and the ladies at the phone desk told me where to go after looking to see if they had a spare one laying around. ❤️

A true upgrade from most airport hotels!
Pros:

Great location, fantastic hotel with wonderful one bedroom suites! Restaurant area and lobby with coffee bar was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and quality of the hotel in this location.

Pros:

Evening Staff was especially kind, engaging and helpful. Called for transport from the airport, driver did not show after 30 minutes. When we called again, another staff came to airport within 5 minutes. Hotel is going through renovations. Room and bed were comfortable and clean, location to airport great and a good bargain. Will stay again when needed.

As soon as you walked in, the hotel just smelled clean! Rooms were nice! The lady that checked me in was super nice, wish I would’ve remembered her name.

Excellent stay for the night, love the updated room.
Pros:

I love how clean this hotel was, room up to date and with a nice size TV. Most hotels have carpet in the room & I love that this one doesn’t. Love that the bathroom an sink is separate, so it my man was taking a shower or using the toilet, i had access to the sink an mirror without getting in his way.

Cons:

That the hallway had carpet. I also didn’t like that there was no pool. The price for the night should be adjusted , wish we had a microwave in the room i stead of in the hallway for everyone to use.

Disgusting. Clogged sink and tub. Backed up water drains that stunk. Inches of filth and debris under beds. Fouls smell. Filed a complaint with Hilton
