It was fine for a night.
Pros:

It was fairly clean but there were big piles of dust under the beds that were gross.

Cons:

As soon as you entered the lobby it was overwhelming with the smell of marijuana. The air conditioning unit made a loud noise every time it kicked on and off.

Completely disgusting facility.

My first room reeked like smoke. When I asked for a new room, they told me it was a non-smoking hotel. I said I was not keeping my baby in this room. They then decided to give me a second room. That room had no power. Then they got frustrated when I came back to ask for another room. I was given a third room and foolishly, took it because it was late at night. The room was not cleaned in between stays. Food on the ground dirty soap in the bathroom dried food in the bed. I will never come back here. I was charged a lot and would really like a refund.

The service, the facility and the breakfast were poor. We would never stay again nor recommend it
Pros:

We didn’t like anything, it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in 40 years of traveling.

Cons:

There were a lot of people in line to check in and only one receptionist so it took about 30-45 minutes to check in. We went to our room and the room key didn’t work so we went back to get it rekeyed and we had to wait in line. The receptionist said she rekeyed it but it still didn’t work. A maid let us in the room but it was getting late so we gave up on getting a working key. Then the next morning we left early and the outside stairs to leave the second floor were completely dark and we couldn’t see to get down them safely, it was just a bad experience all around.

Booked room online drove all the way there and they gave my room away
Said they tried calling but never did didn't have a missed call so I ended up having to find another place for my family after driving hours to get there. Receptionist was very rude

Pros:

Location. Pool was nice. Staff friendly. This was once a nice hotel but it is quickly going downhill.

Cons:

Horrible bed mattress. Furniture old and beat up. Bathroom sink leaked into the floor. They never fixed it after i told them.

Budget is what you get.
Pros:

The Hotel was on main drag. It was was near everything.

Cons:

Room was filithy. My socks were totally black. Bedding was not clean. Had missing corner tiles. When we walked by a room we saw a broken window. The TV remote didnt work for the tv.

After driving six hours from Niagara Falls, NY, I arrived expecting a clean, non-smoking room. Instead, it reeked of cigarettes. The carpet was heavily stained with chewing gum stuck to it, the sofa was dirty, the bathtub was stained, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I had to spray deodorant just to make the room tolerable enough to rest before continuing my road trip. To make matters worse, the laundry machines didn't work. This was worse than many motels I've stayed in. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
