Quality Inn & Suites Williamsport

Greeted by a check in clerk that barely spoke to us. Given our room which was accessible from the outside of the building. More like a motel setting. Opened the door to a very interesting smelling room which looked nothing like the pictures. TV had 35 channels w/poor picture quality. Hotel is attached to a TGI Fridays which I guess is convenient. Shower and toilet in a separate spot. Bathroom sink was in the main room. Bed was lumpy with a sink hole in the middle and pillows or lack there of were horrible. Walls were thin, so we could hear everything, including the couple going at it for an hour and then waking up to the aromatics of weed in the morning because if people smoking outside their rooms. Woke up exhausted and sore from poor pillows and bed. Won’t stay there again.

The manager was very unprofessional and rude when it was 8:45 in the evening and our room was still not ready! Everyone else and everything else was fine!

Double booked, room not ready in a timely manor. Tried to cancel. Your company ( Expedia) is unwilling to gixe a refund, even though I never used the room. I will be challenging this with my credit card company. And posting this on social media.

I got there at noon as I didn’t have transportation, the manager refused to let me check in early not even 5 mins early and I had to stand out back for 3 hours till she let me check n the they’re always rude there and opened my door on 3 separate occasions last one cuz they thought I refused to leave and I had just checked in!

Management was not doing there job , rooms need renovations , check in was very difficult. Place needs a total overhaul. Location is good

I guess the only downside is that the walls are extremely thin. You could hear people talking at a normal volume in our room.

I have stayed here two previous time. This time, the room was not very good. There were no refrigerator, coffee machine, ice bucket or microwave, the keys did not work several times. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and there were not any shampoo or soap, only a lotion and conditioner. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

Staff was great. Area was busy and not the most attractive, but the beds were comfortable. The space is not the cleanest; specifically, there is trash and dirt under the beds. Overall, we had a great stay and were grateful for the simple breakfast, hot showers and kind staff.

The facilty appeared geared toward Contractors and thus not kept in top shape. Toilet seat loose, main room clean. Staff responsive, however the noise from trucks leaving at 6AM not good for sleeping. Continental breaksfast did not have great selection, but basic waffle/cereal/yogurts will get you going. No one at front desk at checkout time.

Room not ready at check-in, dirty bath mat, sunken bed, walkways dangerous and desperate need of repair not patched, pillows too small and lumpy, lamp missing, no place for baggage in room, torn lamp shade, food selection poor, no elevator, damgerous stairs without lighting, no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room, reception seemed indifferent, no decaf coffee in reception area, coffee area dirty and unprepared for guest.

Exactly what I expected for the price.

Some events were going on in the area and hotel prices were sky high. This hotel's price was more palatable. It is an old hotel. All the halls are exterior. The walkways need a good power washing which does not make you excited to see your room. The room had stains on the ceiling probably from an upstairs tub leak. We slept ok and it was quiet. Check-in was ok.

It was a biker convention going on. We had to walk through a lot of smokers to check in.

Room was dirty and smelled. There was some sort of food or drink spilled on the headboard and night stand that was never cleaned. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. A lot of “shady” people wondering around in the night. If I had my family with me, definitely would have gone to a different hotel. I will pay the higher cost and stay somewhere cleaner next time.

The room was vey dirty. Dirt and grime in all corners, the coffeemaker was dirty and sticky. The back half of the bath tub was not clean, we did not want to take a shower there!
The ledge around the sink in the bathroom was sticky with grime.
I would not feel safe going out at night.

Good price especially during homecoming at local university. Reasonably clean. TGI Friday literally next door. Easy parking. Felt a bit run down...my room door would stay open even though I thought I closed it. Toilet didn't properly flush unless held handle down.

The air conditioning is over powering and the lack of actual blankets is disappointing. We had a nice front desk manager who ran to check to make sur wpir room was being cleaned in time.

The hotel is run-down. The door was broken, the keys didn’t work, we came back one day to find our room unlocked. The mattresses were saggy. The AC unit didn’t adjust and the room was either freezing or stifling. Would not recommend.
