Pros:

very beautiful girl at the reception

Cons:

When booking it was called "Deluxe Twin room". Half of the sockets were not working. In the morning the electricity went out. Then cold water. They said the electrician would come in 5 minutes. We moved out after 13 p.m., but there was neither an electrician nor water.
Soundproofing - 0.
A great place for nitties and masochists.

Dirty, rude and rotten food in the fridge
Cons:

Awful - don’t stay here.

We stayed one night and left early in the morning to get the bus to Ninh Binh. The hotel was disgusting. The room was full of mosquitoes, it was mouldy and dirty. The bed had weird stains and some previous guests food was rotten in the fridge. No soundproofing from the main road either so we couldn’t sleep. I thought I had payed online through booking.com and the receptionist didn’t ask for payment because she was watching tik tok videos. Then later that morning she began messaging me about payment on WhatsApp. I explained I had contacted Booking.com to charge my card. She then rang me multiple times and messaged me Asking me to ask a Vietnamese person to send the money which I’m not comfortable doing. She continued to harass me and call me back to back even when asked her to only contact me via booking.com and to stop calling my phone via her personal number.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Расположение хорошее. Все рядом.

Cons:

Заселились уже поздно. В номере не было полотенец. На рецепшен сказали. Ничего не ответил. Пришлось умываться. Благо свои пляжные были. Номер пыльный. Моют только пол. В шкафчиках на вентиляторе пылище. Полотенце дали одно дырявое второе грязное. Отель у дороги. Поэтому очень шумно с улицы. Взяли этот отель только из-за расположения и цены.
