Convenient stay with good sized rooms for a family.
Pros:

Location is great, as is the view across Hyde Park. Rooms are a good size, especially since we are a family of 4. Rec facilities were nice to come back to at the end of the day - gym, spa, pool and sauna.

Cons:

Housekeeping schedule was a bit off - we'd go out all morning and not return until about 4pm and all 3 of our rooms hadn't been done. We had to call to ask someone come to clean our rooms and then we were in the room whilst housekeeping was there which was inconvenient for him and us. He then short-sheeted our bed - Im unsure if this was intentional. Luckily the housekeeper the following day sorted it out without prompting. There are no DND or make-up my room options. The room doors and therefore hallways are looking a bit tired and need freshening up.
