Pros:

Die Lage am Hyde-Park und das Frühstück

Cons:

Zeitweise nur ein Lift (Warteschlange), die Bar war oft geschossen, der Pool war auch eimal geschlossen und im Fernseher stand hin&wieder einmal kein Signal.

Excellent facilities and locatioin - thoughtfully designed and very good staff.
Pros:

The room design was clean and well appointed with spacious bathroom, and outlook over the park
Location - walking easy to CBD, train, Library, Art Gallery, shops, restaurants. Hyde Park is being replanted and despite some work going on, it is a delightful oasis.
We ate a couple of meals in the Windows area at ground level and were surprised at the quality and reasonable prices.
Breakfast was in a very nice area on 1st floor looking out to the park - well designed, excellent staff, barista coffee included, good selection of breakfast foods.
I enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool.

Cons:

A lift (1 of 3) was out of action for some reason, meant delays in getting up and down
In our bathroom a grab-rail was loose in the wall - and it was important for safely getting in and out of bath
And - there really should be a walk-in shower option these days.

Comfortable, clean, relaxing, and highly recommended.
Pros:

Loved the space in the room, large beds, addition of robes, bench space in the bathrooms, and the overall cleanliness. Additionally, I thought staff were helpful and friendly - particularly when organising baggage storage.

Cons:

The only thing that I was disappointed with was the check out process due to one lift being under maintenance and another breaking down that morning. This meant that there was only one operational guest elevator for everyone to use. I understand that this was a difficult process, I think it could have been communicated a bit clearer to guests as to what the situation was, because we waited for 20 minutes unsure of what was going on.
