The staff were excellent, Friendly and knowledgeable with all my questions regarding the Hotel, Making any Dinner Reservations I required, Specially when I Broke a couple of Champagne Glasses, Accidentally , They Were replaced straight away.. The Maid Cleaner was excellent, Which kept my Room Very Clean, In Room Dining and ordering was Excellent.
Probably Some More Towels For The Bathroom, and a couple of the Spa Bath, and a Glass Rack for the Champagne and Wine glasses, So they don’t fall over and break accidentally, and a Cleaning Cloth for any other spills were , the breakfast bench is,
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for all sides of Sydeny. Very good value too for central hotel.
The car park charges seemed very high and not included in stay rate. Breakfast was very basic. The view from the upper floors of Hyde park and cbd are fantastic - if I could make a suggestion, I’d get the window cleaners in

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Close proximity to the city through Hyde Park which was beautiful.
Pool was busy so unable to use it at the time we wished to use it.

The location is excellent, and the single best aspect of the hotel.
There were a number of small things that weren't good.
The breakfast is a self-serve buffet style, which I wouldn't expect at a supposed 5-star hotel., with a very limited range, and no difference day on day Also, the only thing made to order is an omelette, and the other items depicted on advertisements in the elevators are ala carte and need to be paid for.
The rooftop pool isn't heated (or even warm, never mind hot) - any time we tried to use it the water was freezing cold, and uncomfortable to attempt. Even to go swimming our family group of four had only two slippers and two robes available.
Now the major issues. We stayed for eight nights, and half-way through our stay the air-conditioning created a water leak in the room. We were asked to move, and moved to a 'lesser' room (insofar as the fridge was worse (smaller, without a side tray), the view not as good, the tap in the bathroom leaked water constantly, etc.) and were compensated with two 'free drink' vouchers, for a family of four. And when my wife tried to use them the free drinks were limited to wine or beer, neither of which she drinks, and weren't allowed use them for anything else.
Also, there was a broken glass in our room when we were moved into the new one, which was definitely a dangerous items lying about.
