being a 5-start hotel, i was expecting at least a pair of slippers and a dental kit for use. but i still need to ask reception for that.

Friendly staff and great location made for a great stay.
Pros:

Beautiful location on Hyde Park with great park views. Very conveniently located for transport links with Museum station a short walk away. Every staff member was helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

Room for 3 people only had cups, mugs, spoons etc for 2 people and the coffee supply was limited to two coffee pods and two decaf sachets. Plenty of tea bags but the coffee supply could have been better. Definitely should have had amenities for 3 people

Pros:

Location, spacious room, a decent couch, view over Hyde Park, excellent breakfast in great location with big windows looking towards the park.

Cons:

Corner bath with shower over, a little worrying clambering in and out. Large bathroom easily renovatable to replace with spacious shower.

Excellent stay, although a little expensive it is worth it for the comfort and localization.
Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location. The room was very spatious and confortable. The view is stunning.

Cons:

Windows were dirty, so I couldn't get perfect pictures from the view.
