Great location and facilities.
Pros:

The room and facilities were great. The pillow selection was good and different. The room is well set out and everything works. Great location and across Hyde Park is plenty of great restaurants and the city. I used the gym and the pool daily and it is excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small. The toilet has your knees against the sink which is not ideal.

Great stay in a high floor room.
Pros:

Had a great experience here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, a particular shout out to Teddy. Felt valued as Accor members, we appreciated being put in a high floor room which was refurbished, so everything was very nice. The rooftop area is also lovely. Looking forward to coming back here.

Good value for money but will be looking for something with better service and better facilities next time.
Pros:

Location was great, view was nice. Room was clean. Desk staff were friendly.
Room service food was lovely.
Room was cleaned each day which was nice to arrive back to.

Cons:

Zero ventilation in bathroom. Toilet paper was soaking wet after 4 showers (4 ppl staying) all items on bench were in a pool of water. Waited over an hour for a bucket of ice on more than two occasions, this was also after following up 3 or more times. Not enough towels/ drinking glasses for 4 ppl despite booking accordingly.

Didn't meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel

Lobby was lovely
Room sizeable and comfortable
View of the park was beautiful

Cons:

No sound proofing. You hear the neighbours showering and filling the bath- people in hallways.
Hallway and elevator vents were all thickly covered in dust.
Wifi isnt included in cost of the room- which is absurd given the cost of the room- we stayed for 4 nights.
Payment was by card only- then we were charged a card surcharge- increasing the cost of the already expensive room by 1.5% - theres no way to pay to avoid this- feels money grabby.
