Pros:

The room was so spacious, as was the bed. The bed and covers were so comfy I slept in. The bathroom is also spacious and had a large triangular bathtub, which was also the shower.

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and approachable and helpful throughout our stay. They always wore smiles, which is no easy feat in any job.

The pool and hot tub were good, went for a swim in the rain, and warmed up in the hot tub. A welcome addition to any city accommodation, I always prefer accommodation with a pool because swimming is such a great exercise and body reset and not many of the price conscious city hotels include a pool.

Cons:

Given the size of the hotel it would be nice if the doors offered the extra security of manual latch locks. I always feel safer in hotels where I can lock the door manually while I am sleeping so would recommend installing them if possible!

Pros:

The room with 2 double beds were a perfect size for us - a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable and we had a very nice view of the city/garden from our room. Location is okay, a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a bus stop a few minutes away too, it is a little confusing if you are from another country to ride the buses, the train is good to get to the main locations though. The staff out front were very nice and helpful - they gave us a map of the city and surrounding areas which was great!

Cons:

Nothing our stay was amazing - service was great, the pool/sauna/spa/gym were all great, and the view was amazing from our room and the rooftop.

A wonderful stay with a great location, amazing staff, and beautiful views.
Pros:

Excellent location, very central and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and had a beautiful view. The facilities were great and made our stay very comfortable

Cons:

Nothing significant — we had a very pleasant stay overall.

Très bon choix.
Pros:

J'ai adoré l'établissement, pour son emplacement et la vue sur Hyde park. La chambre était très confortable et bien que nous donnions sur la route, nous n'entendions aucun bruit. Le personnel est tres agréable. La piscine sur le toit est pas mal.

Cons:

Pas grand chose, le seul ptit truc, la piscine pas chauffée.

Great rooftop facilities
Pros:

The rooftop facilities are amazing, with a pool, spa pool, sauna and gym. The view was out to the open ocean. Loved the variety of cold water available at reception.

One of the lifts was closed for refurb which meant you could wait some time for a lift.
