Very nice room. Friendly staff. Very clean. Decent breakfast
It is an unpleasant experience. Me and little one need a stay for the night because our air conditioning broke down. I make a reservation via booking.com , payment went through successfully but the hotel reception refuse to let us in because the payment didn’t reach to the hotel. Which this is not my issue, it is something the hotel and booking.com should reconciliated. The receptionist urge me to cancel the booking and promise to match me with the price and have booking.com to refund me but that isn’t the case I was charged double. It cost a lot of inconvenience to me and that night if it isn’t too late and I would not do what I was told to do.
Limited options in breakfast. Only 6 banana servings each day.
Toilet was not working at all. Called 4 times get fixed. It was stinky due to toilet jam.
Beds were amazingly comfortable, felt brand new. I feel asleep immediately when I crawled in. Completely worth it.
Plenty of parking, clean lots, very nice lobby and wonderful friendly staff.
Well air conditioned
Room was not clean. There were dirty sheets on one of the beds, a spit about the size of a hand of mystery liquid and random hairs in it. There was pink residue, maybe makeup, on the faucet and light switch. When we brought it to the attendants attention, they offered to change the sheets, but wouldnt offer us another room or a refund or anything due to booking through a 3rd party.
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Dirty room. Sheets were stained, hair in the sink, fridge was not wiped out bathtub was dirty. Gross.
Nothing the room was dirty.
There was stains on sheets and pillows and hairs on the bed and bathroom. It was dirty and had a rip pillow case and pillows were half of a regular pillow. We paid close to $100 and are club Wyndham owners. We’re very disappointed
Fairly convenient when you're in the Salt Lake City area. Honestly, it was the most affordable option that night.
Nothing really. Met my expectations.
Bed was very comfortable
One hour before checkout, my wife is getting ready for the day in our room (113). Suddenly a man just enters the room with a key, NO KNOCK. She is there by herself wondering what the mans intentions were. He says with a foreign accent, "House Keeping". She still doesn't know what his intentions are especially since we are still in the room. Finally he left. Why would housekeeping enter a room an hour before checkout without a knock? Very disrepectly and unprofessional. We went to the front check in counter and no one was there. to report our displeasure. Only 3 housekeeping foreign speaking people who we don't feel understood us.
