Pros:

A localização excelente, mas o hotel precisa modernizar, a estrutura que oferece não condiz com o valor da diária.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, entrada deveria ter pelo menos uma rampa, subir escadas com mala pesadas, deveria ter pelo menos um funcionário para carregar as malas pra gente.
Café da manhã muito simples. Repetitivo, todos os dias as mesmas coisas.
Precisa modernizar.

Cons:

Me colocaram em um quarto pessimo, banheiro nao tem box, tomei banho e molhou o banheiro todo, mal limpo, o cano de esgoto da pia do banheiro imundo, paredes do quarto sujas, so tinha um cobre leito finiho, tv e wifi nao funcionava por falta de sinal! nao recomendo a ninguém.

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Não precisa carro pra ir a praia.
O quarto é espaçoso e a cama é boa também.
O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedades.
Na virada de ano, houve uma cortesia fantástica oferecida pelo hotel, um jantar maravilhoso e de graça.

Cons:

O ar condicionado é velho e muito barulhento.
O vaso sanitário tinha manchas amarelas impregnadas e além de tudo um mau cheiro de xixi no ralo.
A ducha muito velha e saia água pelas laterais.
