La habitación que nos dieron no estaba completa. Faltaban toallas, jabón, y sábanas. La cama no es nada cómoda, juntan dos camas y te venden como habitación de cama doble

Chegamos 15min antes do horário do check-in e o atendente disse que não poderia começar a fazer o cadastro de nós 5(3 quartos) após ele fez o check-in de uma equipe inteira de adolescentes mais de 12 pessoas.
Tivemos que esperar um bom tempo para podermos fazer o cadastro e entrar nos quartos.
Recepção super quente, sem ventilador ou ar-condicionado.
Não possui elevador nem acessibilidade.
Quartos sem telefone para contato com a recepção
Colcha com cheiro muito sujo, provavelmente de suor.
E não havia colcha para os dois hóspedes de cada quarto.
Tudo velho e mal acabado.

Sobre o hotel , não gostei de nada

Cons:

Nois fomos um casal deixaram uma coberta fina e pequena , pedimos outra não deram , fiz está reserva em abril , perguntei se poderíamos chegar às 14 horas , porque o chekin era as 15 horas , não me responderam, aí quando fui embora , mandaram mensagem me respondendo , no meu ver pura ironia , foram no quarto conferir para eu fazer o chekout, deixaram agente lá esperando e não avisaram que tinha conferido o quarto , pessoas totalmente despreparadas para atendimento ao cliente .
