A delightful hotel and experience.
Pros:

Reasonably priced. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent. A/C worked extremely well. The location was within walking distance of many points of interest.

Cons:

The street noise from speeding cars was a tad bothersome.

Pros:

Cercanía a 2 estaciones de metro (menos de 3 minutos caminando: Historic Broadway, Civic Center/Grand Park) que permiten trasladar por todos Los Ángeles, sin necesidad de vehículo. La habitación es limpia, confortable, segura (acceso llave digital al hotel y habitación), servicio 24 hrs del personal y seguridad, servicio de lavandería y máquinas dispensadoras de snacks. Hay un restaurante y cafetería en la primera planta donde puedes desayunar, almorzar y cenar. No homeless en su alrededor como otros lugares.

Cons:

El espacio de la habitación. Aunque cumple con todo lo necesario (cama confortable, baño con servicio y ducha, aire acondicionado y/o calentador, microondas, calentador de agua, Wifi, TV y guarda ropa) el espacio es para mucho 2 personas. Recomiendo para familias y/o grupos grandes como mucho 2 personas por habitación.

Kawada is a nice place, small rooms but sufficient.
Pros:

room was small, but as a single traveler, I don't need much so it was fine, the air con was very efficient

Very unpleasant
Cons:

The air in the hotel is very bad. There is a old humid almost like a mold smell in the rooms which makes it impossible to breath. We couldn’t stayed there due to this problem and leaved the hotel early. The hotel didn’t even refunded the days we canceled even though the problem was due to their facilities.

OK - location good
Pros:

The bed is comfortable & bathroom was clean

Cons:

Nothing to put suitcase on. TV was not working. Shower in the tub is makes for not easy access for older people
