Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face.
The food was good and we were satisfied with it.
The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay

It would be nice if the spa included a jacuzzi

L’accueil et la réactivité du personnel.

Cons:

Tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec notre chambre initial. Le problème a été résolu très très rapidement .

Goed ontbijt, locatie en lieve personeel. Toch kan het beter geregeld worden en misschien overleggen voor aankomst.
Pros:

De locatie was goed en de personeel was heel lief, vooral Ibrahim was heel lief en gast vriendelijk! Kenan stond ook altijd klaar om te helpen! De ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.

Cons:

We hadden een drie persoons kamer geboekt en uiteindelijk toch een andere gekregen omdat de faciliteiten niet goed werkten en de kamer stonk.
Bij de ontbijt liep iemand de hele tijd iemand rond en dat was niet fijn.

Très bon hôtel je recommande
Pros:

Tout était proche de cet hôtel. Le personnel a l’écoute et très gentil avec nous .mention spéciale pour le spa qui était magnifique.
