El lugar es bello, rodeado de naturaleza, muy tranquilo, limpio, las 2 personas encargadas son amables y dispuestas a ayudar en loq se requiere.
Lo unico q encontré extraño es q el AC estaba apagado cada noche q llegábamos y debía escribirle al encargado para q el aire funcionara.
We found just what we were looking for: comfort, tranquility, surrounded by the countryside. A fabulous property with beautiful gardens and all the services we were looking for (amazing pool, very large rooms, all very new, maximum cleanliness). Very good breakfasts and amazing attention received. The couple who run the hotel are very attentive and always very helpful. We will always remember the indications of Jaume who recommended the best places (beautiful beaches, walks, villages to go ...), he even recommended the place where we could buy a very good ensaimada in Sant Llorenç. And of course, we will also remember the day of the paella for dinner ... how good and how fun it was !!! Ideal for families. A great place for a real vacation.
We have just spent an amazing weekend at s’Abocar for a family wedding and we left wishing we could have stayed a bit longer.
The couple that run this country retreat in the Mallorca countryside are a lovely couple and run it to a very high standard and everything from the moment we arrived was perfect.
Apartments are very comfortable and every detail thought about for a comfortable relaxing stay .
Super buffet breakfasts and a delicious bbq dinner on Friday evening. Using salads and veg from there ecological garden.
We will definitely be back when we can organise a family weekend away together.

We have lived on the island for a few years now and have just discovered an amazing relaxing location. Would highly recommend to anyone who just wants to relax . The couple that own it were super nice and so helpful they couldn’t do enough for you . The bbq on the Friday was excellent.
We stayed for a week in 'app. Sa Real' and had a beautiful stay! The finca is 'new' (2014) modern well maintained and clean. Only 10 apartments so its not crowded and very quiet. The apartment was just perfect for us (couple with one year old baby). There are several areas you can use: your own balcony/porch, the pool area, the picknick area at the bbq, the playground for the children or the restaurant area (outside and inside). You can have a dinner together with other guest 2 nights a week for €20 p.p. and for us it was good enough. No haute cuisine but just a nice dinner with other guests. One night the owners treat you for dinner and drinks (we had paella night) and was really great. You need a car because the nearest village is 10 minutes away (there is a small supermarket). Because the owners are not at the property the whole day you have to fill your fridge with drinks yourself (you can buy at the finca as well when they are there). Because we arrived at night a service to fill the fridge would have been nice because there is nothing around the corner. Breakfast is from 8am till 10.30am and also very good (like you get in a hotel). The owners Silvie (Belgian from origin) and Jaume (Spanisch) are very kind. They are not very extravert but really nice and kind people. If you need something just ask and they will help you. The kitchen in our apartment was very small but we managed to cook: we were happy we could use the bbq as well. We believe some points can improve the finca (like a grocery service) but as I started we had a lovely stay and recommend S'arbocar!
