Pros:

Although we had to cancel our stay, the staff were very kind and helpful in their messages. Communication was smooth and professional throughout the process, which we really appreciated.
If we return to the area in the future, this hotel will definitely be one of our options to book.

Good location, wonderful staff, mediocre breakfast.
Pros:

Moalboal is a great location for a weekend stay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities as well. My wife and I did canyoneering through the hotel's reservation. Once there, we asked about it and they connected us to a canyoneering company who provided transportation and an awesome adventure with a guide through the same canyoneering route by Kawasan Falls, all for 2000 pesos.
The staff were very kind and accommodating, giving us extra pillows and responding well to requests. The pool is nice but isn't heated, so you could enjoy it more if the weather is hot! They also had a hot shower in the room which was relaxing. We brought an HDMI cord to connect to the TV so we could watch some shows. the TV worked well enough.

Cons:

The pool was cold, would be nicer if heated or during hotter weather. The breakfast was underwhelming, not really worth the extra money. It was a menu where you could select a short set meal (e.g. rice, longaniza, eggs, fruit OR pancake, bacon, eggs, fruit OR other similar options).

Pros:

L'hôtel etait pas trop mal en comparaison a ce qui se fait autour , le personnel tres gentil et les scooter en location a l'hôtel sont tres bien et ne coûte pas cher du tout et on peut meme les prendre pour la soirée. C'est tres bien. Pour le petit déjeuner on choisit sa formule parmis de nombreux choix cest tres bien. La piscine est tres bien également. Et le guide de l hôtel pour les cascade tres gentil et drôle.

Cons:

S'il faut dire quelque chose peut etre un peu plus au petit déjeuner comme des jus ou autre mais sinon jai rien à dire c'était bien.

Quite comfortable and good location, but bad water pressure and lack of water on last day
Pros:

The location is good as it is in the heart of town, so quick to get to the mall, Jollibee's, or other businesses. it is a bit far from beaches. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, and the pool was nicely maintained.

Cons:

My only complaint was the water for showering. The first day was quite nice... but each day, the water pressure diminished to very little, until the 4th day, there simply was NO water?
