Cons:

Very disappointed in accommodations. Entrance smelled like cigarette smoke. Hallway and room smelled like B.O. (body odor).

The shower handle was broken. We drove 22 hours and just wanted to take a hot shower and sleep but the bracket holding the pipe was broken so the enitre system moved alarmingly. We asked about it t he first night they said they were fully booked s they had a bunch of rooms offline due to issues and would fix it while we were out the next day. They didn't leave notes and it wasn't repaired. We got back and had to talk to someone else to get the shower fixed. They replaced the handle but couldn't do anything about the bracket holding all the piping in place and we were told just to use carefully. Yhe room was also super damp. So much so that my books I bought started to get damaged. We tried changing the air temp leaving ac off or running full time leaving the vent in the bathroom on but nothing helped. We have stayed here before as it's in-between families but I don't think we will again. Will pay more for better cared for rooms.

The staff at this location were fantastic. So kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room was so full of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room that I felt ill during my entire stay.

If you need a great place to rest, this was a great value in price and location!
Pros:

I slept excellent-great pillows and bed. It had everything I needed with 2 tables for work, chair, tv, and fridge/sink.

Cons:

There were only outlets vs an additional USB plug ins which would have been a nice addition to modernize the room. The hallways looks a little beat up with black streaks, likely from carts or luggage.
