Ocean Glass Inn

Ocean Glass Inn was perfect for a one night weekend getaway. The property is an older facility but has been recently renovated in a bright and welcoming manner and its a privately owned property- which contributes to its individuality. Its not right in town but its not out on route 1 so you can walk to restaurants (Stop n Go Taco is the best) or even to the beach. People working there were very friendly. They have a basic continental breakfast with a coffee/espresso machine which is a good way to start the day. Our room was very small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was fine for a couple for a weekend. They also have some larger units that are more family friendly. They also have another property down the street- the Waypoint. Ocean Glass is excellent value for the price, location, and customer care.

Room is roomy and fairly clean conditions. But there are several issues: 1, Remote control for A/C is not working because batteries dead; 2) No regular TV service, only Roku; 3) No coffee maker; 4) Bathtub is very slippery without Matt.

It is a cute place with a great location,however my room smelled musty and the mattress was lumpy. You must be used to a different clientele as I was taken aback about the $100 deposit for damage!
I chose you for the location and I like to spend local. I guess for th price it was to be expected however I did not expect!

Easy location to get to the boardwalk and shops and restaurants. Parking is right onsite. Cute upgrades with a beachy feel

Ocean Glass Inn was super clean, our room had a kitchenette, an area to sit and read, beautifully decorated. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was very close to the avenue and many shops etc….i can’t wait to stay there again.

What an amazing stay! Its a small little place, perfect if you plan on being at the beach a majority of the time. The staff there was over the top!! A few downfalls...there is a club right next door that you can hear at night (it was hard for me to sleep), its difficult to get out of during busy traffic, and you do have to drive to get to the beach, it also is a little dated (just needs some tlc and more privacy for the windows). I will note I did NOT see any bed bugs or bugs in our room (I did lift the mattress to check as well). Overall a good few day stay!

We loved this quaint little home away from home property. A 20 minute walk to the beach and so close to shops and restaurants. Everyone was so friendly and it was the perfect little getaway with our 3 year old son.

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt that this inn needed it! From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed by the kind staff who answered all my questions. The room itself was very clean and had just what I needed. I would definitely stay here again! The inn was also in close proximity to everything I wanted to do during my stay, which was a plus!

Tub did not drain. Ac barely helped anything. Room was incredibly small. Loud area, bed was super hard and overall just uncomfortable. The toilet kept running water and we left at 6:30 pm and just went home. Kinda wasted money.

Our room looked very little like the pictures posted and our whole experience was nothing like most of the reviews. Our first indication that something was "off" should have been when we tried to call the number given to us by Expedia to let them know we would be arriving after 6pm-the number was disconnected. When we did get in touch with a person, they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. When I called again a few days later, they said they would text me how to check in; it wasn't until I was driving to get there that they called and sent a text. Again, mistakes happen...when we checked in, our room was VERY small, so much so, our window was smaller than all the other rooms. We were tired and went to bed; the sheets were scratchy and the bed bounced when we rolled over. To make matters worse, the bamboo shades did NOT keep out the light so the room was lit up all night -kind of like it was sunrise all morning. You could hear all the street noise as well as music from the club across the street. The breakfast in the morning consisted of three containers of Greek yogurt but no spoons with which to eat it, bagels or English muffins, and a muffin as well as 3 juices, coffee, and tea. Fruit consisted of significantly bruised apples and oranges that looked anything but fresh. Water was offered at $1 a bottle. NOTHING got replaced without asking including utensils and peanut butter. Overall, the place was NOT what we had read about.

Everything is quiet, clean and with easy check in and out procedures

A very quant property located in minutes of all Rehobeth conveniences. The staff was as friendly as could be. The rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We would stay at Ocean Glass Inn.

Location to beach was in the original booking, stated within walking distance to the beach. This would be true if younger, and in good physical shape. Room for a queen size room was not very large at all. Staff was nice enough to move me to a king-size room for my second night. Which was much better. found the staff to be kind and courteous, but the room very disappointing.

Our stay at Ocean Glass Inn was great. The room was a pictured. The room was spacious, appropriately decorated, and easily accessible to the beach and nearby attractions. Will definitely stay again.

Located on main road leading to beach but still quiet! Easily walkable to restaurants, beach too if you are ambitious . Rooms are updated and lovely. Our room was small, no place to hang clothes so I would pay more for bigger space next time. Front desk staff were so knowledgeable and informative. Kitchen area by office was nice - continental breakfast very basic but coffee was excellent! Unfortunately , 1 day into stay, we had to leave for an emergency. The hotel graciously gave us a full refund for nights we didn’t use. In our rush to leave, I left a necklace in the room. Diana found it when she cleaned room and sent me a text and they are mailing it to me. Most of our trips

I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here. The room had a musty smell immediately when we walked in. The sheets were stained and the shower curtain was moldy. The toilet broke the first day we were there and even though I let the receptionist know immediately, it was still broken when we checked out 3 days later. They said their maintenance person was "out" and didn't offer any sort of comp for the terrible experience.
