Very pleasant
Pros:

Very clean most staff was very friendly only 1 rude staff love pool and hot tub

The staffs, and the pool.

Cons:

The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the condition of my room. When I checked in, it smelled like cigarettes, there was a stain on the bed, the soap dispensers could have used a refill, there were only a couple of towels, and the trash cans didn’t even have bags in them. I still enjoyed my stay, but I expected the room to be cleaner and better prepared before my arrival. I hope housekeeping improves because the staff was kind.
