Room was spacious, clean. Beds were very comfy. Wellness was very good.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant and during breakfast was slow, we were waiting for 15 min for a waiter to order dinner, and restaurant was half empty. Breakfast was a similar experience with the waitress who was mainly at the bar scrolling her phone, not taking dirty plates from tables, no filling in empty coffee machine. Breakfast selection was quite poor for a 4* hotel.

Pekný a čistý apartmán.

Cons:

Na polievku a predjedlo sme v reštaurácii čakali 20 minút. Obsadené boli pritom len 3 stoly.
Po 22.00 nieje recepcia. Vstup do budovy cez kartu nefungoval. Naša skupina vrátane deti musela čakať vonku v zime a hrozilo, že sa do budovy ani nedostanú. Dnu ich dostala Security, ktorá si náhodou všimla pohyb okolo hotela. Dvere museli otvoriť násilím. Na 4**** hotel veľmi nezodpovedné. Neodporúčam návštevu ak plánujete príchody po 22.00. Je tam veľka šanca, že sa do hotela nedostanete!!!!!
