dobrá poloha , parkovanie , veľkosť izby

Cons:

V 4* hoteli chýba vzduchotechnika , alebo klimatizácia ...ventilátor nestačí .Výťahy by tiež potrebovali výmenu.

Dobra baza wypadowa do słowackiego raju
Pros:

Wygodne łóżka, bezpłatny parking, strefa spa. Ogólnie wróciłbym.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji. Śniadania były dobre natomiast dużą ilość średnich produktów zastąpiłbym mniejsza ilością produktów o lepszej jakości.

Micul dejun a fost satisfăcător pentru toate gusturile.Camera a fost spațioasă,a avut clima,curățenie,totul a fost ok.Centrul Welnnes a fost cireașa de pe tort după o zi de ,Slovensky Raj’ .

Personál bol milí, ale hotel má už dobré časy za sebou.

Cons:

Raňajky boli úbohé a podávané v nejakej nevkusnej miestnosti. V minulosti sme zažili bohaté raňajky v jedálni s terasou. Staré kávovary, a stroje na nápoje. Objednali sme si 4x Aperol spritz a všetci sme sa zhodli, že chýbalo Prosseco. Mali sme apartmám pre 4 osoby a 3 noci sme dvaja spali na rozťahovacej sedačke, boli sme dolámaní a nevyspatí. Za tú cenu ubytovania by sme sme očakávali väčší komfort.

Der Wellnessbereich ist toll. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die weiblichen Kellnerinnen waren sehr nett. Der männliche Kellner konnte nicht lächeln... Ein Lächeln kostet nichts. Eine funktionierende zweite Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück wäre sinnvoll.

Cons:

TV funktioniert nicht. Die Einschaltung und Programmsuche ist sehr kompliziert. DMAX geht immer wieder aus. Nur slowakische Sender.
Es wäre angebracht, rund um das Hotel einen Gartenbereich mit Bänken zu schaffen, damit sich die Gäste bei schönem Wetter auch draußen aufhalten können.

The room was very spacious, with a beautiful view. The hotel is close to the city center with plenty of great restaurants and bars. Very kind staff, rich breakfast. The spa center was the cherry on top.
