Lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo, y buen desayuno

Cons:

Hace años que me hospedo en este hotel cuando paso por Copiapó, y se ve un claro deterioro de las instalaciones de las habitaciones: por ejemplo focos sin luz, lámparas que no funcionan, ganchos rotos o deteriorados, entre otros.

El desayuno, comienza 6:am habían más 3 personas en el sector de atención consulte si había huevos me indicaron que los estaban cocinado espere por media hora y nunca salieron debe ser que las gallinas ponedoras no colocaban aún ,.., Las personas que atienden estaban más preocupadas por su vida personal que atender al público y dar respuesta sinceras. .

Location was great & free parking Nice pool & swing seat

Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was poor. . Great pool area though. Dogs barking all through the night, could not sleep.

Esta vez no valió la pena

El personal muy amable, la comida muy buena 😁

Cons:

El Baño estaba sucio, lleno de pelos; el minibar cerrado con llave 😵‍💫 en la reserva decía que la cama sería una King y una de 2 plazas, pero en realidad eran una de 2 plazas y dos individuales.
