Instalaciones y habitaciones impecables, comida del restaurante excepcional y lo mejor la atención de todos los colaboradores del hotel, sin duda super recomendado.
La amabilidad del personal y limpieza
En suites se llovió aire acondicionado y cuando me cambian a habitación de al lado solo había ducha helada

El personal fue muy atento
La total falta de carácter del hotel, es un hotel tan estándar que aburre, sus instalaciones son correctas, pero el baño es estrecho. Las habitaciones podrían tener un cuadro, sobre los preciosos paisajes atacameños. El tema minero podría ser mejor aprovechado. Es interesante que los lugares tengan nombre de minerales. Visitamos el Museo de Tierra Amarilla, creo que parte de ese espíritu podría recogerse en el hotel. En síntesis es un hotel fome, el precio nos pareció alto.
