La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. L’emplacement était pratique et le personnel de la réception était accueillant et poli.

Cons:

Lors du petit-déjeuner, j’ai demandé à la dame de la cuisine s’il était possible d’avoir du thé sans sucre. Elle m’a répondu clairement que non. Pourtant, peu après, j’ai constaté que certains clients avaient de petites théières préparées spécialement et servies directement à leur table. Habituellement, de grandes théières sont mises à disposition de tous les clients et chacun se sert. Je n’ai donc pas compris pourquoi ma demande a été refusée alors que d’autres clients bénéficiaient manifestement d’un service particulier. Cette différence de traitement m’a vraiment déçu. Cela m’a malheureusement donné l’impression qu’il fallait être une connaissance ou avoir du « piston » pour bénéficier d’un meilleur service de la cuisine. Tous les clients devraient être traités de la même manière.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The night receptionist was an excellent person and very helpful.

Apart from that, everything else was good and I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The main thing I would criticize is the cleanliness of the room. The pillow still smelled strongly of the previous guest’s perfume when I went to sleep.

Unfortunately, I also woke up with itchy skin. I’m not sure whether it was caused by the sheets, the mattress, or something else, but it was uncomfortable and made me question the cleanliness of the bedding.
