It had a very worn down feel, I didn’t feel it was very clean exterior or in the hall ways. The room was fine, but the rest wasn’t very good. Elevator didn’t work, door was a pain in the ass

I slept well because the air conditioning was on full blast and it was wonderful.
Pros:

I loved the quiet room and cold Ac.

Cons:

I didn't have a remote and when I called for one, I went to retrieve it, but the remote didn't work. I never got to watch TV. The door to my room was extremely hard to open. The hair dryer was really filthy; I took a video of it. And the afternoon woman at the front desk was so grouchy and unwelcoming.

Disappointed
Pros:

Hot water for a much needed bath!

Cons:

The attitude of the manager. The fact that the pool was not working. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel & decided to stay an extra night. I came here to visit family. We all wanted to enjoy the pool

it was bad and gross there was holes and bugs and overall it was very bad there.

the fact that my room had roaches and bugs and the bed was loud anytime you laid or sat on it the holes in the wall and floorboards and door with 6-8 holes the bathroom was SUPER small and looked almost molded with the walls pealing it looks like mold and the door was constantly getting jammed and my friend had to slam onto it to get it open bugs were just everywhere and it was GROSS the smell of cigarettes was all over the floor due to being on the floor with a bar with drunk and high guest we did not feel safe at all there me and my friend left 4 to 5 in cause it was just so gross the toilet flushed it took so long to even flush.

Emergency stay due to air conditioning. Location was near home and provided perfect solution

Location great. Price great. Parking good. Fast check in and check out. Free breakfast. Coffee and waffles were plentiful at breakfast. Everyone enjoyed pool. Accommodations were consistent with price and met minimum requirements. staff was prompt to reply for additional wash cloth and key change when it didn't work on day 2.

Cons:

Breakfast first day was slow to refill hot items and appeared to refill in stages even with completely empty containers. No juice or butter at all..ran out of milk before 730..along with fruit. Day 2 attendant maintained hot items refills. Again no butter..juice..milk at all. Ran out of fruit by 7. Kids had nothing available to drink or option to eat cereal. Went down each morning before 630 and this was experience. Wonder what was left for patrons who had access until 9.

Breakfast had very limited options and the juice machine didn’t work all week. The pool was closed half the time and often had trash floating around. The WiFi didn’t work at all in my room, so I’d have to go out in the hallway if I needed to use it. Finally, the lady at the front desk was very rude and only started acting nice when my husband called her out for it. Very disappointed.

Never ever ever again

Cons:

I had issues with roaches unclean sheets and towels. I even had some roaches come home with me in my suitcase. Also had another $169 authorization placed on my card that I was told would fall off in 24 hours it took 3 days. I contacted booking.com and they refuse to help refund because the hotel won’t answer their calls. I finally talked to the manager yesterday of hotel after multiple calls and she will not refund me or do anything because I didn’t check out early. Don’t go here it’s nasty, the place feels unsafe and they do have bugs
