The room was nice an clean and the AC was great
The elevator was out of service and they put us on the 4th floor

Earthing was broken curtain rod fell tv remote was missing ac didn't work got moved rooms just to find out no remote either and the sewer upstairs was leaking thru the bathroom ceiling horrible maintenance absolutely horrible maintenance but lovely staff. I know it ain't their fault

Deep clean this thing please
The decor was a hit. I like the cute little walk in closet and love the fact that there was a microwave so I could heat up my left overs. Especially because buying hot food can get really pricey with the kiddos being with me.
The entry door needs to be changed. I tried several times twisting the handle and it wouldn't open God forbid I almost peed my pants. The housekeepers didn't speak English so they were no help. I had to go back downstairs to get someone to open the door for me and was told there is a certain way you have to open it. The toilet needs an update it needs to be higher and the handle in the shower fell off as soon as I touched it. The bracket in the closet was hanging out of the wall and the floor was a little dirty.
Breakfast was good.
TV didn’t work, did not show up to fix. Coffee pot missing. Ice machine broke.
The remodel
Nothing was working tv wasn’t working at to move twice out of rooms until the 3rd time they put us in the other side of the hotel got in there in the air unit wasn’t work it was just a really bad experience

Toilet rocking , tub faucet handle broke around tub caulking coming out, just needs Alot of work done.
