Wonderful staff, very apologetic and tried to do the best with what they have. Hotel itself was horrible.
Pros:

The staff was great - very friendly and professional.

Cons:

- Key entry didn’t work. They did give me an option to change rooms, which I used.
- Cart to haul stuff in from car is held together by plastic wrap
- Broken curtain rods in room I was moved to. The curtains would not shut. Had to find clips to hold them closed.
- Both table lamps not working
- Water fountain busted
- Ice machine broken
- Printer at front desk broken
- Key entry on second room started acting up

Blow dryer did not work, TV had no channels, beds were too high off the floor, room was to hot and controls did not work, noise in hallway late at night,

Good location comfortable beds good breakfast

Cons:

They didn’t clean the rooms good several problems even though we moved rooms twice.

You cannot take your breakfast to the room but other people can if you know what I mean.

The washers don’t work.

Pros:

It was horrible, doors we’re broken, lights had no covers, it was dirty, smelled like smoke. Would never stay here again. I had to pay an astronomical amount per dog and they could clearly not have done more damage.

The lady at the desk was nice. That was it. Nothing else was even decent.

I wish Expedia would audit these hotels; this hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The front desk manager lets her thugs hang out around the grounds. There's a karaoke bar on the 2nd floor, I wished they would have ask if it was okay for me to be next to the loud noise. The carpet is old and has a mildew smell. They keep on blaming it on renovations, but it's been a year and this place still looks like crap. I don't recommend this place and posted my concerns on social media about how rude the front desk manager was to me.
