There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the refrigerator didn't work ruining all our food and the pool was nasty
A better room
Didn’t really
Mold in the room under the mini fridge, pool dirty and was told it was open and ok. Elevator quit working right after we checked in and was told “I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t know how to fix elevators. Charged me an extra charge that was supposed to be refunded and wasn’t.
Rooms are clean and smelt really good and the air conditioner worked well, shower worked well toiletry worked well, floors were clean there were enough towels in the room, could use a bigger ironing board and could use new wall paint in the bathroom. The old paint needed to be scraped off and new paint needed to be applied other than that the room was decent and nice l. Some outlets needed to be worked on as well but overall it was nice. Needs a new ice machine on the first floor
The pool was not cleaned, in the lobby the air conditioner didn't work properly

Locations
There was a lounge on the 2nd floor, close to our room. A lot of noise in the hall.
Decent location cool roof top bar and pleasant staff
Was a bit out dated but not bad at all
They staff was horrible. We booked the room, when we got there the man said do you have a reservation and would not even look at our confirmation number. He was rude and would not even gives us the time of day. He just kept saying do you have a reservation. We ended up not be able to stay there.
