They are remodeling and trying to keep it nice
The elevator!!! One of scary ride lol. Never know where you will end up. It kept one down to floor 1 and it would stop and just slowly.
Key cards hardly ever work and then you’re going back down to get another one.
Bed was very nice. Cleaning staff super friendly outside very well lite.
Desk staff was rude. Bathroom shower curtain was installed backwards. Hole in the walls around handicap railing. No fire alarm in room. Bugs in bathroom. No breakfast to speak of at free breakfast. No sausage or eggs in warmer only a few peices of bacon. Over an hour before servers time was supposed to be finished. Free breakfast if offered should be available
The location and price.
The staff was meh at best. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had as hotel breakfast goes. The facility has not seen good maintenance in a very long time. And what has been done is very poor quality. And the hallway reaked of Marijuana. I know you get what you pay for, but I would expect this from a hole in the wall no name roach motel. Not a large chain hotel.
One of three elevators worked. Only one ice machine worked. The carpet on the first floor hall was being repaired with workmen, strips of carpet strung everywhere, tools on the floor, cardboard flattened on the floor. There was NO WAY TO USE A BAGGAGE TROLLEY FOR MY LUGGAGE. IT WAS A FLIPPING DISASTER. I’lL NEVER BOOK RAMADA AGAIN.

The convience of the location
Requested room on bottom floor due to health issues was told they were sold out but a couple without a reservation walked in and got a room on the bottom floor
The room was clean n breakfast
N the bathroom had a Lil mold

It was dirty, the staff was mean and rude, charged a deposit fee and I am still waiting for that to be refunded.
Love the karaoke place and breakfast was good
I really don't like the elevators ,always get stuck and I have to take the stairs with bunch of stuff
I could hear loud moaning as I got off the elevator. As I got closer to my room the moaning got louder … turns out I would share a room straight across from the sex room
The front desk clerks did an excellent job ensuring my stay was safe and comfortable.
The housekeepers failed to meet my expectations for the poor cleaning standards. Their performance was truly disappointing and fell short of what I had anticipated.
