Cons:

Aver pagato un servizio, essermi accordata con il personale presente al mio arrivo e non aver ricevuto il servizio pattuito.
Fatto notare disservizio alla ragazza della reception prima di andar via e mi é stato risposto che avrei dovuto richiedere il servizio nonostante avessi già definito orario la sera prima. Cosa assurda in quanto avevamo definito orari la sera precedente proprio per evitare chiamate inutili.
Da rivalutare lo staff della reception.
Unico cordiale, PROFESSIONALE e disponibile alla reception è stato un ragazzo con le treccine di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome.
