Fantastic stay for a large family looking for a convenient location for travelling to the city.
Pros:

The room size was spacious enough for a family of 6 and 7 suitcases. The location was very convenient with local subways and JR a few minutes walk away from the hotel entrance. The kids loved the Family Mart and convenience stores a couple of mins walk away for early breakfasts or late night snacks. The food court in Yodobashi Akiba building has many options for family dinners and is also a five minute walk. Hotel rooms are clean and very quiet. The beds are extra comfy too.

Perfect for a city break
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful
Room had everything we needed, it was a bit small but that's expected in Tokyo
Beds were super comfortable
Great location and transport connections

Cons:

Noise isolation could be better, especially considering that it's right next to a major intersection
Some mould in the bathroom and damp in the bedroom ceiling from the room above
Shower didn't drain properly

Pros:

Location was great, just a 5-10 minute walk to all the shops in Akihabara. Very close to many metros and the JR station. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Would book this hotel again!

Cons:

The room was pretty small for 3 people, we could only open 1 suitcase at a time, and there was no room to walk when a suitcase was open.

Pros:

방이 사진과 똑같았고 조금 좁게 생각했는데 막상 가서 보니 꽤 쾌적했다. 침대가 정말 좋았다. 위생도 좋았다. 역도 가까웠고, 아키하바라가 일정에 있어 중요하다면 좋을 것 같다. 다른 곳들도 꽤 편하게 갈 수 있다.

Cons:

전자렌지와 짐을 맡길 수 없는게 아쉬웠다. 공지해둔 사항이긴하지만 아쉬운 부분은 어쩔 수 없다.

I’m giving this place 1 star – especially because many of the positive reviews here seem fake. (See all the people with 1-3 reviews...)

The room itself was okay, but overall the stay was not worth the price. We had a hotel in the same price range in Shinjuku just before this, and the difference in service was huge. For this kind of price we expect:

- a staffed reception

- daily towel change

- room cleaning earlier than after 5 days

- free luggage storage

- check-in at 3pm (not 4pm)

Also, the room was not soundproof at all – we could hear basically everything from outside. The insulation was poor, and it was very cold in the mornings.

The most absurd part: we never saw anyone at the entrance desk during our stay – only at check-out. And he asked us directly to leave a positive review on Booking.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
