Location is great and room was spacious!
The room was clean, and the hotel is located close to train stations and bus stops. The self-check-in process is quick and easy.
There weren't any plates, bowls, or spoons.
The hotel is close to very nice streets with many restaurants and bars
The shower is good
The hotel rooms are tiny, not small , tiny!
You can hardly open a suitcase in the room while actually being in the room.
During the night the noise from the street is unbearable we woke up at least 2 or 3 times every night
And there is no one to talk to, no receptionist
There is a sign that they are patrolling but it seems they patrol in another city... The lobby is almost at the size of the shower in the tiny room.
I will not recommend this hotel to a family with children
Very spacious apartment by Tokyo standards, clean, staff is very helpful and location is quite convenient to get to any place in the city.
excellent location, comfortable and quality apartment

Great location - so close to Akihabara, very easy walking distance. Supermarket and lovely restaurants very close by. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Washing up liquid, bowls and chopsticks would have been useful. But was aware due to clear description so were able to take some with us.
The location, facilities in the hotel, the apartment feel at a single room cost, the staff were so helpful and kind, ease of check in and check out. So close to Akibahara Electric Town, but without the huge crowds! Very comfortable beds, we had one adult, one adult child, and two older teenagers and we weren't pressed for space. Loft bed really cute and we were fighting over it!
Each apartment is on its own floor so we really never saw or heard neighbours except in the lobby and once or twice in the elevator. Love this place!
The location is great and the room and toilet and bathroom are spacious.
Difficult to climb the loft bed because of steel stairs. Could have changed it to wooden steps.
Would have been nice to have a microwave and a freezer. My kids were picky eaters and eat at various times. Location should have provided pots and pans since it had a stove.
Lits confortables
Nothing
Suitable location to reach public transport.
The double room is so small, you have to hope both people are normal sized to be able to fit inside the room with suitcases. Even then, a weird sort of parkour will be necessary to stand on the carpet when one suitcase is open. The main street is super loud and due to poor isolation, ear plugs will be necessary to sleep. Ventilation is terrible, the existing air vents spread more dust around than they help filter anything. The window cannot be opened, so it is completely useless and merely decorative, no airing out is possible. This is probably responsible for all the mold on the ceilings that apparently have not been addressed by the cleaning staff. The bathroom is relatively big compared to the overall room size, but cleaning is only done superficially - maybe lift up the bottles of shampoo etc once or twice to remove the water stains on the shelf every now and then? The towels smell bad after one time using them, which suggests they are not being washed properly. And the last straw: a stain on the bedding. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip and we will never return.
