Would have been nice to have a microwave and a freezer. My kids were picky eaters and eat at various times. Location should have provided pots and pans since it had a stove.
Lits confortables
Suitable location to reach public transport.
The double room is so small, you have to hope both people are normal sized to be able to fit inside the room with suitcases. Even then, a weird sort of parkour will be necessary to stand on the carpet when one suitcase is open. The main street is super loud and due to poor isolation, ear plugs will be necessary to sleep. Ventilation is terrible, the existing air vents spread more dust around than they help filter anything. The window cannot be opened, so it is completely useless and merely decorative, no airing out is possible. This is probably responsible for all the mold on the ceilings that apparently have not been addressed by the cleaning staff. The bathroom is relatively big compared to the overall room size, but cleaning is only done superficially - maybe lift up the bottles of shampoo etc once or twice to remove the water stains on the shelf every now and then? The towels smell bad after one time using them, which suggests they are not being washed properly. And the last straw: a stain on the bedding. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip and we will never return.
Nothing

Good location near shinjuku line station and akihabara
We got room on the second floor with was very noisy and uncomfortable. You can't open a window because of the noise and you can't breathe in the room.
Tidy and clean. Perfect location.
None.
We loved this hotel! It was close to many subway lines. Very comfortable bed, we slept so well! My family of 4 thought the room was a great size.
No storage for clothing. It was tricky with suitcases for 4. There was 1 small closet but we couldn’t easily get to it.
