It’s a little dated and needs some TLC

Poca limpieza. Estaban de obras y la habitacion tenia restos de polvo de obra, pelusa entre la mesa de noche y las camas, moho en el baño y en el techo de la habitacion

The bed was broken, room was filthy, gum on the floor, walls need a paint, socket was by the tv and none by the bed. Bathroom door doesn't lock or close fully, curtains were ripped and stained, windows dont lock as the latches are loose, hallway was filthy with dust and food. Only stayed here for a stag that a friend booked, would never come back again

El peor hotel en el que nos hemos quedado con diferencia. La habitación más sucia en la que hemos estado. Empezando
por que a la hora de hacer el check-in no nos pidió ningún documento para identificarnos, únicamente le dimos un nombre, cosa que nos pareció muy poco fiable. Las cortinas estaban todas manchadas, la cortina de ducha con moho, la pared llena de manchas de bebida y los suelos pegajosos. La tapa del wáter rota y la puerta del baño golpeada. La ventana no cerraba y se lo dijimos al recepcionista. Nos dijo que la arreglaría ese día y no hizo nada. En la recepción nos encontrábamos todos los días a dos hombres y 1 mujer durmiendo en el sofa que no daban mucha sensación de tranquilidad. Fue insoportable dormir en esa habitación en los 4 días que nos quedamos, pero sobre todo el sábado noche. Al tener la ventana abierta y rota se escuchaba todo y está cerca de un bar. Además no sabemos si el ascensor estaba roto o había alguien molestando pero sonaban portazos cada 5minutos de reloj impidiendo el descanso. Había gente hablando toda la noche en el pasillo, no descansamos nada. No entiendo como booking nos recomendó esta estancia en Londres, no repetiríamos ni pagadas. Pésima experiencia tanto con la reserva como con la estancia.

The room was NOTHING like the listing, lots of facilities advertised were not there, marble floors, and fridge, etc
The marble floor was a piss take I bet.
Everything about this experience was horrible but it gets worse, I was in the shower and they had this plastic walls, because it was so small, I bumped on the plastic walls and a cockroach fell on the floor! That instantly made me sick! I think hygiene is the least you need to have if your place isn’t up to normal standards.
I had booked for 2 night but I left within 2 hrs! Absolutely disgusting! They don’t wanna give me a refund because they’ve gone silent

Just a quick observation, when I was leaving I took my bike out first so I could take my other two bags, it wasn’t even 2 mins that my bike had been outside the door I the room I had booked and I had paid for, there was someone outside wondering why I had left the bike outside when it’s not allowed bikes outside if the room. Then as I was going down the stairs, that person giving me a hard time about the bike, went into my room indiscreetly to check if I had done something to the room. Then two more people come out to check on me as they were starring as I was descending the stairs, they looked very intimidating and two of them on the phone. I started getting chills on my bones with fear.

It was the most horrible and frightening AND disgusting experience I’ve ever had to go through. This listing should be removed from here because it’s not Habitable.

White stains on curtains,the shower came apart in hand if you moved the head. Hole in wall at side of bed, turn cold tap on and was hardly anything came out put hot on together and it never changed, no plug for sink, no kettle yet there was cups n milk. The walls was all stained and i mean all the walls. That was in room 112

Very tired, but exceptional value for money!
