Pros:

No detail is left aside. It’s beautiful. Service is good. Food is good.

Cons:

It’s a detail but they make you pay a delivery fee of 10$ for the room service, which is a bit exaggerated.
They should improve door insulation, you can easily be waked up at night due to noises in the corridor or adjacent room doors opening/closing.

Beautiful chic and spacious hotel just outside the bustle of midtown with great accessibility
Pros:

The size of the rooms were so spacious lux and well appointed.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was that the pool doesnt allow children at all. Most hotels will set aside a few hours a day for children to enjoy the amenity.

Pros:

Chambre décorée avec goût, soignée et très propre.
Piscine et spa juste incroyable.
On séjournait dans une suite avec vu sur l’Hudson d’un côté et de l’autre côté le vessel.
