Luxurious but not too expensive
Pros:

A really funky hotel in the heart of London, it feels very luxurious but has a great price point. They have small luxury additions that put it above the others on the market, including a decent fitness centre and biscuits on arrival. The breakfast was also very good catering for everyone's needs with hot breakfast, continental, pastries, juices, muffins, cakes, cereals.

PAMELA is the BEST! Fun fun fun hotel!
Pros:

Such a good hotel with a relaxed vibe. Staff are great but Pamela is another level! She was AMAZING super friendly and so helpful! She truly looks after you!

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and you didn't hear any street noise. The room and bathroom were spacious.
Location is far from the tube station, 20 min walk to Angel.

Cons:

The extra options from the breakfast menu (avocado toast, omelette, scrambled eggs) either took way too long to get delivered, or weren't delivered at all. I ordered on 3 ocasions, and only one of them was delivered. The other 2 times I was there for about 20-30 mins, and never arrived.
The room thermostat didn't cool down, it stayed at 23 degrees. I called maintenance to come fix it, and for the first night it cooled down. The other nights it was warm again.
The free wifi was very slow.

Staff were brilliant.
Pros:

The staff were once again , very professional and helpful. As a family booked an adjoining room. Never expected to have this as booked few months ago. But the hotel remembered our request . This made the start of our holiday . Thank you

Amazing stay
Pros:

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel itself is very funky & cool, spotlessly clean, comfortable & has anything you could possibly need. The rooms are fab with lots of space, comfy beds & quirky extras included.
We did not get a chance to have dinner in the hotel but breakfast was really good with loads of options. The cocktails in the bar were also really nice.
The thing that makes this hotel extra special is definitely the staff. Everyone was very welcoming but especially Pamela & Pedro. They could not have done enough for us during our stay & we can't thank them enough for their amazing hospitality. It was my young nieces first trip to london & they made it such a special experience for her that we will all never forget.
I don't usually write such long reviews!! But this hotel & these guys deserve one.
