Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room was immaculate. The bed was the comfiest bed ive ever slept in.

Pros:

The room was beautiful and hotel smelled beautiful on arrival.

Cons:

Food was not served all day. (Kitchen opened at 5pm)
Took 50 minutes for our drinks to arrive.
1 hour and 20 mins for food to arrive.
Only 2 other tables in the restaurant.
No vinegar, no tartar sauce to go with fish and chips.
No hand towels in toilet.
1 member of staff working busy bar.

Cool, spacious, great London hotel
Pros:

Really great creatively decorated hotel. Large rooms. Great gym and lobby/bar. Very cool.

Cons:

It’s about 10 mins by foot from nearest tube. However Islington is an excellent area for food/shops/theatre.

Cons:

Service at the bar was probably the worst I have ever seen. When mentioned to the staff on reception they didnt seem to care or want to help in any way.

Amazing hotel!!
Pros:

Great Decor, love the boutique feel. staff were excellent, always available to help. Location for getting into central for the tourist attractions was ideal for us. We were blown away with the feel of the hotel as soon as we walked through the door and it didn't disappoint!

Cons:

really cant think of anything. We really enjoyed our stay
