Great location
Horrible parking, pool was cold with dirt on the bottom. A cockroach ran across the floor as we were leaving the breakfast area. Pull out couch mattress was very worn and sagging.
We checked in late. Our door was already open when we got to our room. Garbage on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, plaster on the floor where a wall was fixed, carpet was very clearly not vacuumed. We had requested extra pillows and never got them. Went down for breakfast on our 3rd morning and they were very busy. In rushing to keep up, dirty plates that were still soaking wet were placed out for guests to eat on.
The staff were phenomenal and helpful, particularly the breakfast crew (Shurene especially!). The bartenders during the evening reception were so fast and friendly, and we particularly liked Michael’s old fashioned drink that he recommended to us. The rooms were quiet and spacious.
Our room had some wear but was fine. Chips in the wall under the window, etc. We found sunglasses from a previous guest behind the curtains, which made us wonder how well the room was cleaned.
I really love the hospitality there and how professional everyone who works there has. One person who Stood out what The bartender Trystyn she was very good to us and made our experience one to remember. She was very informative about her city and and give great areas to visit. When I come back I’m coming back because Of her she made our experience great everyday since we have been staying there. The house keeping there is amazing as well the come and change our towel and or ever it is we need to change everyday. I felt like I was in a high class 6 star hotel. Definitely a place to come back to and stay. Thanks Trystyn again.

Although many people probably like what they experience as convenience, the whole scanning of a QR code for parking doesn't work for us that are older. My phone doesn't even have the ability to scan QR codes. It took a good 1/2 hr. to get this set up by phone and guess what...I just got my bill for my Discover card and they billed me twice for the same parking! Had to call my cc card company to get it straightened out. No thanks,..no more scanning QR codes or other nonsense that leaves out older people. Too much money for the trouble.
