Pros:

I liked that they staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The establishment was very clean.

Cons:

It took a while to get valet. But in the end we ended up just self parking. The toilet keep running in our room.

I wasn't prepared for paid parking, nothing stated that when I booked the room. My husband and I are also not drinkers, I wish that there was something that we could have put our paid drinks to instead, like parking

Wonderfully supportive and comfortable stay, with excellent accessibility and only tiny improvement
Pros:

Two days before our arrival, I asked whether it would be possible to have an accessible room and a wheelchair available, because during my stay in Breckenridge, CO I tore my ACL in my left leg. I wasn’t able to walk, and using crutches was uncomfortable and not very safe for me.
To my great surprise and relief, after an 8‑hour drive, we arrived around 10 PM and my husband came back from check‑in with a wheelchair already prepared for me. We also received a spacious, easily accessible room with a bathroom that allowed me to wash and move around safely. Getting to breakfast downstairs was also easy thanks to the accessibility.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I want to sincerely thank you for your care and support during a very difficult moment for me.

Cons:

I would also like to kindly mention one area for improvement. The cleanliness in the bathroom could be better — some corners and edges of the floor, as well as parts of the shower, were not properly cleaned. Since this was an accessible bathroom, it may be used by guests with disabilities or weakened immune systems, so maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness is especially important.

Great location & continental breakfast!

Great location, great continental breakfast!

Cons:

Property needed some updates- hair dryer holder & toilet paper holder coming out of wall. Sofa sleeper worn out/uncomfortable, had very little padding.

Horrible parking, pool was cold with dirt on the bottom. A cockroach ran across the floor as we were leaving the breakfast area. Pull out couch mattress was very worn and sagging.

Cons:

We checked in late. Our door was already open when we got to our room. Garbage on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, plaster on the floor where a wall was fixed, carpet was very clearly not vacuumed. We had requested extra pillows and never got them. Went down for breakfast on our 3rd morning and they were very busy. In rushing to keep up, dirty plates that were still soaking wet were placed out for guests to eat on.
