Sloppy housekeeping and blunt workaround where I just eat the cost.
Pros:

The staff seemed like they were trying to be nice about the situation, but the bridge was burned.

Cons:

The room I booked wasn’t available on arrival so had to downgrade. Once we entered the downgraded room we notice poop, yes fecal matter, in the bathtub. I also ordered a pack and play at 11am and never got one by 7 pm only to the be told they are out. They moved us 3 doors down into a similar room (still not the one I paid for and booked).

Nice place to stay!
Pros:

I thought the room was just OK the furniture in the room definitely had some wear and was very uncomfortable - including the bed. Also you should have done queen rooms that have night tables and plug-in on each side of the bed for couples that both wear CPAP. The room was clean. Otherwise, there seemed to be a lot going on at the hotel and the staff handled it wonderfully. We were there on a Navy ship reunion. Nice location for finding something to eat near.

Beautiful hotel except for the too close elevators
Pros:

The room (7th floor) we had was actually directly across from the elevators which turned out to be a nightmare for us because it never stopped. The loud “clunking” noise just never stopped! Rooms should NEVER be stationed close or nearby elevators unless they are silent ones. Unfortunately these were not.

With the room smelling so bad I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Close to all shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room smelled horrible! It was musty and almost smelled moldy. Our friends had a room as well and it was the same way. The carpet was nasty and you could see the bathroom floor and bar area floors had not been cleaned at all. $700 for 2 nights was not worth it. The lounge area was cleaner than our room.

It was a great place for a Girls’ Trip.
Pros:

Loved the omelets and blueberry pancakes. The guys that made them were so nice!

Cons:

Reception snacks could’ve been better. More variety not all dry choices.

Nice location to stay for travelers.
Pros:

I liked the spacious room and free snacks for the executive suite. The room was very clean and very close to the elevator.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was kids running around at night and no parents around as I paid good money for the suite I was in as well as the pool being out of order but was not advertised online.
