Good location, bad sofa sleeper.
Pros:

Good location and on-site restaurant.

Cons:

Do not plan on sleeping on the sofa sleeper; the mattress was awful!

Best Valet Experience I’ve Had
Pros:

I had an great experience with PMC Valet, especially thanks to Josiah. He was professional, friendly, and handled my car with real care. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values customer service. PMC is lucky to have someone like Josiah on their team — I’d definitely recommend this valet company and look forward to using them again.

Although many people probably like what they experience as convenience, the whole scanning of a QR code for parking doesn't work for us that are older. My phone doesn't even have the ability to scan QR codes. It took a good 1/2 hr. to get this set up by phone and guess what...I just got my bill for my Discover card and they billed me twice for the same parking! Had to call my cc card company to get it straightened out. No thanks,..no more scanning QR codes or other nonsense that leaves out older people. Too much money for the trouble.

The omelet was delicious 😋.

Cons:

The ready made eggs could have been warmer. The sink in the bathroom needed a new washer or something to prevent water 💧 from spraying all over. The curtains in the bedroom had a mind of its own until I figured out how to operate them but all these things were minor issues. They did not make nor break our stay. We still enjoyed our stay.

The Embassy Suites, Olde Market, is now my family's "go to" hotel in Omaha.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel is outstanding! The proximity to the Olde Market, the rooms are spacious, well-appointed and quiet. The chef-cooked breakfast is quick, tasty and bountiful. Above all else, the staff is excellent; always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and available. From the General Manager, Gus, to the valet team and the young lady who cleaned our room, everyone provides excellent customer service!

Cons:

Actually, there was nothing to complain about or even mention.

Everything was great, just when first arrived front staff was sarcastic, and I just wasn’t in the mood for that.
