Breakfast, ,location, airy skylight
Had trouble with the laundry app, wish i had understood I could use a credit card without using the app.
Booked a two queen bed room. Even called the main desk a week before to confirm that we were good to go and they said we were. At check in we find out that supposedly they don’t actually have that room available and they downgrade us to a one king bed. When we asked for money back they said that wasn’t possible. We would only (MAYBE) get a refund if we didn’t stay in the room and went somewhere else. So we did not get what we payed for. The room was also dirty and not stocked. We were not even offered a free fluff service to make up for it all. Will never stay with embassy suites again

Amazing breakfast. Very accommodating staff. First room smelled of mildew and staff moved us immediately.
Not the hotel’s fault but the Old Market area didn’t meet our expectations from pictures. Pretty run down and rough.
The location and staff was wonderful. The drinks and food was good. The Vallett was great!
Our room wasn't super clean. The bathroom had hair and an earring still on the floor. During our stay they only had 2 elevators at times but for the most part the 2nd one was down. The water pressure in the shower was variable, you could tell if someone flushed the toilet or someone else was in the shower in another room
The staff at the front desk, the bar staff, and the breakfast/ staff.
The furniture in the room seemed really worn-out and it smelled dirty like car wash vacuum and it was footprints on the tile in the bathroom like no one mopped. It felt like it was cleaned in a hurry. Parking should be free!

Cost was a little high and then had to pay for parking on top of room cost. No hot tub in pool area. Pool was a little small.
