From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Currently, we accept only Vaccinated guests into our property.

Tak memuaskan

Area hampir dengan shopping..makan

Cons:

Kedudukan katil dengan aircond,..iron jauh sangat..ukuran bilik dan tingkap kecil sangat..
Toiletteris sangat tak memuaskan.
Bantal kecil sangat dan tak selesa...terlalu lembik..towel kurang bersih.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Staffs are friendly

Cons:

Hygiene, cleanliness,smell bad, humid when walking upstairs, sensor lock ran out of battery/not functioning after my check-in .
I checked in at 2pm.
They didn't change a room for me , instead someone came and fix the door sensor and It was terribly affected my schedule.
Plus, he came in when I was still in the toilet (Im female).I can't leave my room when someone else was in my room alone . The duration he tried to fix the door took 2hours ...
It was done fixing at 4pm. I am a tourist, they did not give me any compensation for this. The only thing that is good about here is the staffs attitude.but I don't think I'll be back again.
Also I didn't get the WiFi password until I asked,which was on the last night .
