déçu de la chambre
Pros:

la literie était bien le personnel très aimable un beau jardin

Cons:

chambre la télévision ne fonctionnait pas très bien la connexion était souvent coupée et pas toute les chaines
pas de climatisation et la salle de bain à refaire et le petit frigo ne fonctionnait pas très bien pas super froid pour un 4 étoiles je suis très déçu

We hadden een grote kamer in het hoofdgebouw met charmante details. Heerlijk rustig. Goed bed en inloopdouche. Locatie is prachtig.

Cons:

Het restaurant is goed maar wel een beetje prijzig. Wel fijn terras.

Diner maar personeel slecht. Er liepen genoeg mensen en her duurt zo lang voordat je wordt geholpen

Geen airco op de kamers.
Bijgebouw waar kan worden geslapen is vervallen. Het ziet er niet uit.
Personeel praat slecht Engels.
Normaal gesproken heb je de mogelijkheid om bij zwembad plastic bekers te krijgen zodat je daar een drankje kan doen. Hier niet. Geen drankjes bij het zwembad.

Op de kamer was het allemaal karig.
Alleen handzeep maar geen douche zeep of iets dergelijks

Cadre incroyable mais équipements un peu vieux pour un hôtel voulant présenter un certain standing
Pros:

Cadre splendide, personnel adorable et super petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les équipements sont vieux, la salle de sport n'est pas fonctionnelle, ni les différentes activités proposées (tennis, mini golf...)
Ventilateur peu efficace et fenêtre cassée donc difficile en période de canicule

Brilliant location and grounds

Cons:

Room was very small. Temperature was extremely high so no air conditioning was not ideal, although we had been warned. Fan and lamp did not work and toilet very cramped. Pretty courtyard with table and chairs, very welcome in the heat.

La vie de château FAUSSE BONNE IDEE.

Petit déjeuner bien . Attention ++ de la personne en charge de l'accueil pdj.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre ! Rez de jardin ne permettant pas de laisser la porte ouverte pendant la nuit. pas d'ouverture permettant d'organiser un courant d'air. Chambre irrespirable. Pas de proposition de changer de chambre pour une éventuelle plus fraiche.
GROS PB de connectivité sur Télé ( seules 4 chaines accessibles et avec mauvaise réception). Pas de réseau internet ...même avec téléphone car TRES MAUVAISE RECEPTION !

Par ailleurs le restaurant a été une grosse déception, avec un rapport qualité prix TRES MAUVAIS ! 9 euros le verre de vin (basique - chois très limité) servi dans un verre à porto!

Personnel pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend lorsqu'on réserve un tel lieu : présentation, niveau de service / formation .....

Recommend the restaurant but not the hotel which is very tired and in need of some renovation.
Pros:

Although the hotel is fusty and tired, our stay was made pleasurable by the superb restaurant.

Cons:

Although we were upgraded as our original tiny room on the second floor was hot and stuffy, our upgraded room though larger had no a/c and a fan was not available, hence we had a very uncomfortable night. (Outside temperature 35 degrees) . Decor generally tired and bathroom very dated, without a proper shower. Indicative of the poor state of maintenance were the rather neglected looking outdoor planters with dried up bedding plants, looking very sad.
