Son muy amables, la ubicación es excelente y siempre están atentos a cualquier consulta o solicitud que se les haga. A nosotros nos gustan las camas duras y los colchones son nuevos.

El personal del hotel es encantador, al igual que el de la cafetería del desayuno.
Es un hotel antiguo pero muy céntrico. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.Las camas parecen nuevas y son cómodas. Buenas relación calidad- precio. Una buena opción si vas a Tetuán!

Cons:

Le hace falta algunas mejoras en el baño como, por ejemplo,poner una cortina de ducha. No había agua caliente por la mañana, por la noche, perfecto.

A localização e o quarto com vista para a montanha e o Kasbah compensaram os pontos menos positivos
Pros:

Hotel com excelente localização, perto de tudo. É um hotel com um potencial imenso e que está agora a sofrer alguma renovação. Os quartos já renovados parecem estar bastante confortáveis. Tem elevador. Gostei muito do pequeno terraço do quarto com vista para as montanhas.

Cons:

Camas e almofadas muito duras. Não houve limpeza durante os 3 dias. Pequeno almoço foi servido num café mesmo ao lado hotel.
