It was an experience.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel

Cons:

Paying for parking / valet, we will try to stay somewhere with free parking on our next visit.

The best customer service experience
Pros:

After a long drive from Georgia we arrived to find the room we booked was no longer available because a previous guest extended their stay. What started to look like the start to a bad experience Teesha turned around. She found us a room that would work for our family and went out of her way to make the start to our Thanksgiving holiday a good one. She is embodiment of true customer service. This will be my hotel every time I come to the Dallas area as long as she works here.

Awesome Place and Incredible Staff
Pros:

First class Accommodations as usual. We love staying here. Big shout out to Marly! There was confusion with who we booked through and what type of room we thought we were going to have. Marly helped us out and upgraded us so that we had a comfortable stay! Cannot recommend the AC or Residence inn enough.

Extended stay made pleasurable by staff. Rob being at the top of the list.
Pros:

Rob at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful.
We had to stay over two weeks and he made all the difference during our extended stay.

Pros:

Everything was great unfortunately I don’t remember names but the check in front desk agent was awesome and the check in process was superb. I will return if I’m ever in the area again. Thanks for the great service

Marlene is AWESOME!!!
Pros:

My friends and I were greeted so kindly by Marlene when we arrived to the Residence Inn Dallas. She was patient with us as we decided what room we decided to book so we could enjoy our girl’s weekend. We had come from a not so great experience with an Air bnb. Marlene helped guide us to feeling at ease and helped us make sure we got the right room for our time at the hotel. She was awesome!

We had the best experience when we arrived at The Residence Inn and met Marlene!! She was so kind & really paid attention to our situation. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great place to stay for our friend weekend!! Marlene is the best!!

A really great stay in Frisco.
Pros:

I always stay in Marriott Hotels whenever possible. The Residence Inn in Frisco was truly exceptional. I was there for almost 3 weeks for a family emergency and all of the employees, including the valet parking people, were just wonderful. Two individuals in particular, Marlie and Rob definitely went out of their way to help me
