Basic hotel. Too noisy at night. Heavy indian influence.

It's at prime location - restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies are at prime locations. As for hotel itself - no hot water - only slightly warm water available. Rooms are not sound proof. Also building needs some renovation.

Unfortunately this hotel is a joke. Its cleanliness is something I would expect from a hotel that costs 5 pound a night. Stains everywhere and I mean everywhere which makes you highly uncomfortable please stay away this hotel should be stripped down and re made!

The hotel was old and run down. The hallway was noisy due to the noisy guests and children running through the corridors after midnight. When call into reception there was no answer. Generally clean and decent.

Room had bad smell. Asked to be moved to a different room and they gave me one right above the Karaoke Bar so it was loud music all night. Bathroom had no hot water for showering. The furniture was old and broken.

Very good hotel. The best customer care service. Also, with good breakfast choices. I really enjoyed my stay. They also allow you to leave the luggage at their concierge if your flight time is after check-out time. I would highly recommend.

I was out and ai returned in front of my room hotel staff my wife's friends wants to visit her . They asked for extra money for not sleeping people . I speak with them normal . They became calm . But they make my wife nervous . I will never stay again in this hotel for her 2 friends I paid 300 aed . Scammers

Absolutely a poor hotel - can not recommend it. Long check-in time, no parking available when l arrived, towels missing in the bath room, hair dryer out of order, insects in the room, water pressure in bath room weak, a lot of noise from airplanes and other guests, etc. Very old hotel. Needs a proper renovation and more efficient/professional services.

I booked this hotel for 4 days that was giving me a lot of regret.
1. Staffs are not helpful even rude
2. The room card need to restart at reception whatever we lock our room to go out.
3. Breakfast are scary even have hair in the foods
4. In room refrigerator is dirty
5. the most important thing is staffs are not working properly especially receptionist

we are staying Grand Excelisor hotel Dubai. Hotel Room Are ok But Room inside Amenities need to Some add like No have Bathrobe,Slipoer,dental kit ,coffe Vanity kit,etc. No have hand towel,bath mate. only one bath towel have room inside. when im request water in Reciption.. Reciption staff told me After 5 minutes I am sending it.. Then the cleaning staff comes and says that he cannot give water, bcz water is Charge able. if i give extra money then he give water. This is very bed system. only one time im request only water , refused the hotel staff.. Im staying many hotel but I didn’t see this type system. Im asking the housekeeping staff name he told me her name is Vaskor.
i Recommended Everyone Room is good location also Good but Hotel facilities and Service staff behaviour are not good this hotel ,so if you want to good Facilities and Good behaviour ignore this hotel

The staffs were very good

It was clean and safe

Very old property. Super busy because of location and multiple night clubs inside the hotel. Elevator waiting time too long. Underground parking is a joke. Impossible to drive into the parking and every time someone has to inform the staff in the lobby so security opens the door for the parking. Having said that staff were lovely and kind.

The bed was so comfortable. Stayed in room.439 1st to 6th May good place to be but increase the amenities ie towels toilet rolls but in general.amazing staff

Upon check in, the lady at the reception was very rude but we let it slide, my friend and I as I just come from the hospital from a major surgery. Then the room I was assigned, where do I begin. It was dirty, had cockroach poop on the bathroom sink which by the way was also clogged it filled up after just washing hands. Then the small mini fridge had a masked smell and wasn’t even on. Lastly we asked whether it was a smoking room, not to smoke but rather to move to a non smoking because we couldn’t put it with the perfume that was used to hide the smell of tobacco. To our surprise the guy attending to the rooms just replied that we can smoke no issues. The bath tab looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to us checking in. I was so disappointed over all.
